Stuga i molnen, Vacker utsikt över bergen

Semester i mitten av de vackra Blue Ridge Mountains i västra North Carolina 13 miles öster om Asheville, NC. Vår stuga ligger precis utanför den pittoreska staden Black Mountain och är en lätt bilresa till många underbara platser som The Biltmore House, Mountain Mitchell State Park, Cherokee Indian Reservation, forsränning, Maggie Valley, Linville Gorge / Falls, Chimney Rock, Farfar Mountain, Grove Park Inn, och många fler.

Vår stuga är öppen med Ponderosa Pine paneler, trägolv och öppen spis. Njut av vackra solnedgångar på vår stora veranda som ser ut över dalen och den pittoreska staden Black Mountain. Black Mountain har underbara restauranger, antikaffärer och flera musik- och folkkunstfestivaler under hela året.

Enjoyable Stay

My wife and I spent Christmas at Cabin in the Clouds and enjoyed our 4 night stay. We would have liked to have a few Christmas decorations around but the sunsets provided a glorious decoration. The cabin is outfitted well and we soaked in the quietness of the area.

Beautiful Cabin in the Clouds

This cabin is a perfect, cozy get-away. The sunsets are beautiful. The cabin is tucked up on the mountainside, but Black Mountain and Montreat are so close. The history of the cabin and the area is so interesting. We enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was exceptionally clean when we arrived. There was snow on the ground during our visit, but the roads and walk were cleared and dry. The view is beautiful, and the owner responds promptly to any messages. The location is very convenient to Black Mountain town and to nearby Pisgah National Forest trails.

Lovely Cabin

The cabin was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved having morning coffee on the porch with the beautiful view! We found great hikes close by and delicious places to eat in the town of black mountain, just 10 minutes from the cabin.

Wonderful, cozy stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Cabin in the Clouds tremendously! The cabin was immaculate and wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were quick to answer our question while there and were very helpful. Our stay was very much enjoyed at this cozy mountain retreat!

Great view, close proximity to hiking and shopping

Cozy and clean Great view from the back deck Kitchen has everything you would need Good hiking nearby Perfect space for a weekend getaway for two! Short drive to Black Mountain, Asheville, and Montreat I would definitely recommend this cabin to others.

A great stay was had by all!

My husband and I stayed three nights at the Cabin in the Clouds. It was a perfect home for us as we explored Asheville, Black Mountain and began to travel farther north on the Blueridge Parkway. Very clean and comfortable!

Great getaway

Beautiful Sunsets in the Mountains

We loved the cabin and especially enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the back deck. We even got to see a mama bear and her 3 cubs a few nights. Bonus!

Love it! And you will too.

We love this little cabin. It's a must visit for us every fall. The view is gorgeous and the cabin has everything we want or need. It's clean, private, well-equipped and close to downtown. Black Mountain is a charming town and worth a visit. Our favorite restaurant is Black Mountain Bistro. Please patronize these small businesses. You won't be disappointed. They are still recovering from Hurricane Helene.

This cabin is so perfect and romantic. Beautiful fireplace and wood paneling and ceilings. The pictures don’t do it justice. So much better in person. It is perfectly appointed with everything you could ever need. The Mountain Views are incredible!! I would definitely stay there again!
