La Centrale of Ile de Ré offers this beautiful new villa that can accommodate up to 8 people, and is located in the heart of Rivedoux-Plage in a calm environment close to the sea, the market and shops.The villa has a private and secure parking area on the grounds.Close to cycle paths, the house is 500 metres from the sea.The villa is comfortable and has a spacious living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.ON ONE LEVEL:Spacious, bright living area with lounge area and open-plan kitchen.Master Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160x200 and private bathroom.Bedroom 2: 1 trundle bed.Bedroom 3 in suite: 2 sleeping spaces in bunk beds 90*200.A bathroom including WC.Bedroom 4 INDEPENDENT ANNEX: 1 double bed 160x200 and private bathroom.The annex opens directly onto the swimming pool.4 toilets in totalThe house is non-smoking.The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of the pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the pools.Pets not allowed.The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré!
