La Centrale of Ile de RĂ© offers this beautiful new villa that can accommodate up to 8 people, and is located in the heart of Rivedoux-Plage in a calm environment close to the sea, the market and shops.
The villa has a private and secure parking area on the grounds.
Close to cycle paths, the house is 500 metres from the sea.
The villa is comfortable and has a spacious living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.
ON ONE LEVEL:
Spacious, bright living area with lounge area and open-plan kitchen.
Room 1 MASTER: 1 double bed 160x200 and private bathroom.
Room 2: 1 trundle bed.
Room 3 in a row: 2 sleeping spaces in bunk beds 90*200.
A bathroom including WC.
Room 4 INDEPENDENT ANNEX: 1 double bed 160x200 and private bathroom.
The annex opens directly onto the swimming pool.
4 toilets in total
The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of the pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the pools.
Pets not permitted.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Ăle de RĂ©! Ăle de RĂ© offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island that is 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to help you enjoy a quality stay in our home.
Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of RĂ© in the best possible conditions!
