The living room of 20mÂČ with television, coffee table and sofa, gives access to the terrace via its bay window.
The bedrooms are divided into two parts, the main house and the annexes:
In the main house, there is a parental bedroom of 16m ÂČ with a bed of 160cm, a bathroom with just a shower, basin and a dressing.
In the corridor, a toilet, the laundry and a second bedroom of 9m ÂČ, this one for child or teens with a bunk bed in 90cm. There is no bathroom for this child room.
In the annexes, on the other side of the courtyard, is the third bedroom. It consists of a bathroom with sink, just a shower, and toilet. The bedding is a 90cm bunk bed and a 140 / 160cm bed. This room opens onto the pool.
The exterior of the house, facing south, has an entrance for bicycles, a wooden terrace with garden furniture, courtyard / summer kitchen with table, bench, sink and plancha.
The pool is secured by an electric shutter.
