Experience Anna Maria Island from this little gem of a beachfront bungalow. Coconuts Beachside is located in the Coconuts Beach Resort, a long-time favorite island destination! You'll love this newly refreshed unit that has had a complete makeover with a fully equipped kitchen, elegant yet comfortable living room with 47 inch TV, and private bedroom with plush queen beds. The bedroom also features cable TV.

At Coconuts you will enjoy the Florida beach cottage experience with authentic island vibes. Relax by the pool or wander right out your door down to the shoreline. This unit features your own private, screened in lanai that opens up right onto the beach! There are plenty of beach loungers to relax in as well as a dining table for 4 on your spacious lanai. You won't want to miss the amazing panoramic Gulf of Mexico sunsets. View them from the beach or from the comfort of your living room. At night the sound of gulf waves crashing will lull you into a peaceful sleep.

Coconuts Beachside is centrally located in the middle of Holmes Beach. The free island trolley stop is just one block away from the complex and will take you anywhere else on the island. There is a dedicated parking space for your unit as well as visitor parking on a first come, first served basis. Coconuts resort also offers a coin operated laundry facility on-site so you can pack light.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Right on the beach!

Perfect spot - just walk out your door and you're on the beach! Loved the tiki picnic table out front and the screened-in porch as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our overall stay was good but the sliding door was extremely hard to open and shut which is very inconvenient since that is the door that is mainly used. This is our 3rd year staying at coconuts and this year the pool was quite dirty. It was very windy and there was a storm one day but there was not a net available or I would have cleaned it myself.

Great little place situated right on the beach! Nothing over the top fancy but clean and in a great location. Beach not overly crowded and the area is not crazy with tourists

View great stay not so much

The unit is in a great location, however the pool gets used by surrounding property patrons and no effective monitoring of who is using it. We were unable to take our adult son with a disability to the pool as it calls for 16 and had over 30 people from other properties in it everyday. Definitely will not stay here again

Great location and would stay again!

This property is exactly as described and the location could not be better. You open the door and are literally steps from the beach. Also is centrally located so was an easy drive whenever you are headed. The bathroom tub/shower needs some work but I am told that is being replaced soon. The beds and furniture was comfortable. And the lanai had a table and chairs for 4. There were beach chairs, a cooler, beach toys and towels for guest use. The kitchen also has everything we needed. We had a gulf front view even sitting in the living room.
