This community "Lakeview Oasis" is a one bedroom condo in the beautiful community. This beautifully furnished second floor condo can be your home away from home. Whether you're coming here for the Florida sunshine, to play some golf or for work, you will find it conveniently located close to I-75 and a short drive to Tampa to enjoy the beaches or head over to Orlando for the theme parks. The private patio is just the place to enjoy some down time. This condo is perfect for a couple or for a family of three. It is located on the second floor and has views overlooking the lake in back and you can enjoy the sunsets as well. It has one King bedroom and a newly renovated full bath and the kitchen is fully furnished with everything you might need. It has a sectional sofa, which can be adjusted for sleeping (1). The big screen TV in the living area is equipped with both Cable & all your favorite streaming services. The butcher block table is perfect for enjoying your meals with seating for 4. There is a large picture window which brings the natural light inside. The patio faces west and overlooks the Mill Pond and you can enjoy some spectacular sunsets from the balcony!

Extended Stays - Any reservation exceeding 30 nights will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee each month that the stay extends. Cleaning will be coordinated with the management team. The additional cost will be added to your reservation after confirmation.

Family visit!

Very nice/clean condo. Loved having the balcony and small pond water view. It was fun watching the duck families and other birds. Easy access to interstate and shopping. Was a perfect location to visit family in the area. Would like to have had a few spices available to use for cooking. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay for 10 days.

Overall an enjoyable experience

We spent many an hour sitting on the shaded balcony overlooking the stream and watching the wildlife for two relaxing weeks in this apartment. The seating unit in the lounge was also very comfortable. There are many restaurants within a couple of miles of the Saddlebrook Resort and day to day shopping was also easy. Altogether a very enjoyable experience.

I really liked the condo. However, it would have been nice to be able to open the front windows. The screens are not secure and need to be repaired. Front windows were very dirty. Rest of condo was great.

This condo was decorated very comfortably and had everything I needed to live there for 10 days. Great location with quick access to Tampa and the surrounding cities.

suggestions

1) Door needs some fix. It will not stay shut unless you lock it. One day leaving for golf we found the lock mechanism did not work and we had to jimmie it shut to make sure it didn't open and remain that way. Called Kim and she sent someone over to fix it. 2) owner needs to add a couple of casserole dishes 3) fridge filter light came on while there 4) furnace seemed to be running continuously...might want to check it.
