The Space: This urban retro/modern house has two bedrooms. It's bright and has an open floor plan - which makes it great for larger families getting together or friends meeting up. Master suite is very spacious and includes a queen bed and futon. 1 more Queen bedroom with ample closet space and share a bathroom. There are 3 couches in living room that also convert to futons. The backyard is huge with multiple seating areas and views and a beautiful orange tree so you can have freshly squeezed OJ during your stay!
The Neighborhood
Ocean Beach is a seaside neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, shops, grocery/convenience stores and the beach all at your fingertips! Sunset Cliffs is famous for being the best spot to watch the sunsets and is a short walk or bike ride away!
OB borders Point Loma. Known as "where California began", Point Loma sits on a penninsula and is claimed to be the landing point of the first Europeans who made their way to this western state. Besides being historical, Point Loma is known for its easy access to the Pacific Ocean, Downtown, and the airport. Nearby attractions include SeaWorld San Diego, Marina Village Conf Center and Ocean Beach Athletic Area, Gaslamp District, Little Italy, Old Town, etc.
Getting Around:
Great Location! Walking distance to downtown restaurants/bars in OB and the OB Pier/Beach. Downtown, Little Italy, Old Town, SeaWorld & Ballpark are all a short drive or easy Uber/Lyft ride. Highways are easily accessible for parts north (Del Mar, La Jolla, Mission/PB, Legoland, Safari, etc).
Other things to Note
I recently bought this property so looking forward to continuing to offer the great features to the VRBO community! There are 2 separate units on the property and I live upstairs in the studio apartment. I do travel a lot so also have a VRBO manager that has been operating the property long before I bought it so rentals should be seamless to our guests and improvements are being made as well to enhance the experience of our guests. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. Our home has an electronic lock for easy access.

Hi, I'm a newer host for this property, but have the same VRBO co-host and cleaning team so the transition will be seamless from the former owner. I live in San Diego in the upstairs studio of this home as my residence. I travel often for work and play and happy to be able to share this amazing house with others visiting San Diego!

Amazing space, backyard(with orange tree), and views! Great location, walking distance to downtown OB and the beach, and a short car app ride to downtown, Little Italy, Petco Park, Old town. You are able to see the Sea World fireworks from here as well!

The backyard is great for group gatherings! Ocean Views from the living room and backyard. Large patio with a grill and plenty of outside seating as well!
