Welcome to Meadow Ridge. This complex is conveniently situated in a quiet neighborhood, just .5 miles from Eagle Lodge for easy access to the ski-slopes, bike park, town bike path, and public transportation (directly outside the complex).

The home offers self-check-in, free parking, Wi-Fi and year-round access to the jacuzzi and sauna. The pool is open Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

About the Space:
This 2 + loft, 3 bathroom, townhome offers a warm and peaceful forest vibe, making for your perfect mountain getaway. It is a spacious 1430 sq. ft. open floor plan with vaulted ceilings – there is a good-sized living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. Off the living area is a private porch, loaded with free firewood. The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture, large windows, allowing for gorgeous natural light, new flatscreen TV with smart features, and a wood burning fireplace to keep warm during cold winter months. Off the main living area is a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor with a shared full bathroom. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a dresser. The shared bathroom is directly outside of the first bedroom, in the hallway, and has a tub/shower. The second bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed and a closet. It has its' own vanity and is connected to the shared bathroom. The loft is located on the third floor and contains two sets of single over single bunk beds.

There are two closets in the entryway, great for gear/equipment storage. There is NO laundry in this property and/or onsite.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches.

Meadow Ridge is the perfect place for your next vacation.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Meadow Ridge. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal) and tennis courts (seasonal – bring your own racquets!).

I was under the impression there was a laundry here, not the case. I usually don't complain about anything but that is a deal killer for me.

Great place and location!!

This is such a great condo, fit 7 people comfortably. It’s only a 9 minute drive from The Mill. Eagle is just up the street but it’s closed this time of the season. Loved the feel and decor, gives you that old school cabin feel. Has some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, as well as the best TV/entertainment station of the several condos I’ve stayed in so far. The hot tub and pool are just across the way so you’re not freezing for long to get back. They provided plenty of towels, paper towels & toilet paper. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils, we were able to cook dinner with everything that was in the kitchen. There’s no BBQ grill, which isn’t a big deal, we just used the stove instead. The only con was the hot water, it ran out after two showers. If it’s several needing to shower, you may not all be able to back to back. We waited a few hours in between so everyone could get a hot shower. Overall, I’d stay here again and yet another epic weekend in Mammoth!
