Double lot compound with 90 feet of Waterfront and beach- three structures - main house 3 BR's all with ensuite bathrooms, ice machine, two refrigerators ,guest house 3 BR's (two kings and 1 queen) 2 with en suite bathrooms and third kids area with 8 bunk beds. No bathroom in bunk bed area. 6.5 bathrooms total in the front and back house. *Internet in front house only, dock for one large boat and one jet ski - everything you need for a great family and or friends get together. Beautifully furnished with hosting guests in mind. Two minutes by boat to Pirates Den. *No boat ramp - inaccessible and gated. Public ramp area Patria Flats is two minutes away.

Awesome house and location

This is our go-to house in Parker. We are a large family with multiple kids aged from 1 to 10. Plenty of room for us all to stay, hang out and enjoy the river. Owners are great to work with and will definitely be back again!

Great place to stay!

We always come out to Parker with large groups of family and friends and is hands-down. Our favorite place to stay! So much room for everyone right on the river, you have your own grassy area and beach! Couldn't ask for anything more. I and Property are so easy to work with! We will keep coming back!

Amazing trip

We had 16 family amd friends come and the house was phenomenal. We loved every part of it. But the beach and the dock were amazing. We were able to rent a boat and a jet ski and had a blast. My wife told me we have to come back and we definitely will rent thos again. The only issue is the lights at night. But now we know to use flashlights going frok front house to the back houses were the kids sleep. Thank you for sharing your spectacular home with my family and friends.

Great vacation home!

We had the best time . It was the perfect space for a big group, clean and well kept. Pam, the property manager was very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Perfect place for a large group to enjoy time together! Great layout- beautiful yard to enjoy sunrise and sunset on the river- we will be back!! Property manager and owner very quick to respond to communications. Highly recommend!

Awesome Location

Communication was great and there was plenty of room for our group of 11 friends. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking, eating and drinking supplies which made meals easy. We all enjoyed the river and the surrounding bars and restaurants. We’re stay again!

River House

The location is perfect. The house had a great beach area and plenty of dock space. The homes we spacious and clean. The back house needs AC in the third room though and gets hot in that room. Great place for a large family gathering.

Good and Bad!

I was given code to get into home. We let ourselves in then received call from Pam told us we werent suppose to be in home! She was very nasty! House was dirty no hot water to back house. Barbecue broke propane tanks feeled but coulndt barbecue second day because it was having problems, dirty floors filty windows! View incredible ice machine loved docking stations perfect!

Wonderful stay

This property was wonderful for a large crowd and kids of all ages!! The yard was on the water and perfect size for corn hole and ladder ball!! The beach access was great for the littles!! The porch was huge and also looked out to the water/dock so everyone could watch the older kids play in the water or games!! It was great! The extra fridge outside came in handy. We had 14 total stay and had more than enough room!! We had a blast!! My only suggestion would be an umbrella for the dock.

Excellent Family Accommodations

We really loved our first time stay at the compound!! We will definitely be back!! Pam was excellent and took care of all our needs. She was quick to get back to me and super nice!! She made check in quick and easy!! The place was really clean and had all the amenities!! We go to Parker every year for our family vacation and as our family got bigger we needed more space!! This was perfect!! Highly recommend!!!!

Family/friends yearly river trip

This Parker paradise was amazing. We had about 15 people staying here including 6 kids all under the age of four. It was perfect to accommodate us, and was right on the water. The house and the view were both gorgeous and very spacious. It’s like three houses all touching with two kitchens and three fridges. Every room has an attached bathroom besides the bunk bed room. The ac and tv both worked amazingly. Hoping we can keep staying here every year. Look forward to move memories here.

Needs a deep clean!!

This property has so much potential with a few needed upgrades, but sadly falls short on my number one must = cleanliness. This home needs a deep cleaning in a desperate way - it was incredibly dusty, (dirt build up on floors, furniture, games), dead bugs, dog pee on the couch and my husband even found dog poop on the rug in the main house. The kids found a lighter and a pipe-looking thing in the bunkhouse on one of the beds. The outdoor chairs had to be wiped down before we could use them. For the nightly rate of this home, this place should be immaculate. Needless to say, we were super disappointed that we needed to do so much cleaning to feel comfortable. The pictures show a slide on the dock, but that has been removed which was a reason for booking this house over others on the river. The doors - especially the screen doors are in bad shape and need to be repaired. There were some great things about the house, there are a lot of beds - so if you need to sleep a lot of people this is a great house for that. There is no bathroom in the bunkhouse but bathrooms connected to all the bedrooms. The back area is awesome and was so nice to have our own dock. I would definitely revisit this home if some improvements were made and a higher standard of cleanliness was enforced.

Fun Thanksgiving!

This house worked great for my extended family and to host an awesome Thanksgiving with family and friends. Our only slight disappoint was that the house needs a little bit of TLC and then it would be perfect.
