We have stayed at this home every time we come to parker and feel like it is home. The new dock buoys are great making it easier to tie off your boat. The owners are great and the house is always spotless. Thanks again for a terrific stay at your home.

Great Property!

Loved this house! It was great for our group of 5, and a spectacular view. We all wished we brought our boats to launch from the docks. Andy was so responsive to anything we needed. Can't wait to stay here again!

Parker Vacation House

The house was very clean, check in was easy and the owners were quick to respond. Great location on the river and perfect for a large group. We had 9 people including kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend!

Great location and Accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view of the river was beautiful, home fully equipped for cooking, rooms and adjoining bathrooms exactly what was needed for 8 adults. Also, walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Andy was a very attentive host and answered all questions promptly. Perfect place for a perfect weekend!

Great View, Great Home!

This is a great home if you are bringing a couple families or a family and teens to the river. There is nice separation between the top and bottom unit so older kids can hang down below and not disrupt adult time. Also, great location on the river. Definitely will be heading back!

The property was beautiful and comfortable. Only complaint would be the construction noises next door were definitely noticeable in the master bedroom but that's out of their control. Great host, great property.

Friends River Trip

This is our second time staying in this house. It didn’t disappoint! All the rooms have their own bathrooms which is awesome! The kitchen is huge and open, great for cooking as a group! We love this house and will continue to rent for our friend river trips!

We went with three families and the layout was excellent with a ton of room. The home was even nicer then I anticipated so that is always a plus. Everything we needed was on hand. Danielle and Andy were so helpful and very easy to work with. We hope to stay here again!

Great Home

The home was very clean and stocked better than any other we have used. Beds were comfortable. When reaching out to owner he responded quickly. We had a problem with the dishwasher and he had a plumber out the next day! I would highly recommend this home. The vote was amazing and the sunsets were spectacular.

Family get away

The house was very clean and great for a large family. The upstairs down stairs combo was great for sharing with two families if needed. Wish the beds had a foam topper for more comfort but would definitely love to return and spend time with the family. Great dock for our boat and amazing view up and down river. Can't wait to return!
