Great experience. House looked exactly like the photos. It was clean and spacious. I came with 9 other people and we all enjoyed ourselves. I feel like the AC shuts off at a specific time of night and you aren’t able to turn it back on, but other than that, it was great. Boats definitely zooming by very early in the morning. But it’s good to wake up early and enjoy your experience, so it didn’t bother us. Great stay.

Our group had an amazing time at this property, and it exceeded every expectation we had. We've stayed at many river houses over the years, but this one is truly something special.The listing is called "Mega Dock," and that name couldn't be more accurate. The dock is absolutely incredible. This was our first time staying directly on the river, and we were a little concerned about the current. The dock completely eliminated those worries. It provided a safe place to keep our boat and jet skis and created an area where we could swim comfortably, almost like having a private pool on the river. It truly made our trip. The owners also provided a large lily pad, which was such a thoughtful touch and was used constantly by our group.Another huge surprise was the garage and driveway. We were able to park our truck, boat trailer, and all of our guests' vehicles either inside the garage or in the enormous driveway. It made loading, unloading, and parking incredibly easy. This wasn't something we appreciated from the listing, so it was a fantastic bonus.The home itself is beautiful. It is decorated in a way that feels welcoming, spotless, stylish, and luxurious without ever feeling overdone. Every room was thoughtfully furnished, and the entire house felt like a high-end vacation home.The layout was perfect for our group. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, everyone had plenty of privacy, and many of the bedrooms had stunning river views. The downstairs living spaces were ide

This place is in a great location, but it could use some updates, especially in the kitchen. The furniture was not the best for the higher nightly cost. There were too many signs with basic instructions all over, which made the place feel more like a hotel than a home. Most homes we’ve stayed in have a handbook with house rules and important information. The decorations could also be improved to make it feel more like a home. Overall, it’s a party house close to restaurants and bars that you can walk to, which was a huge plus.
