The gulf-front setting of Lighthouse 412 is one you won't soon forget, offering incredible views of the white sand beach and the shimmering Gulf of Mexico.

Inside, this condo is air-conditioned, casual, and comfortable. The gulf-front living room features a large flatscreen TV and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead outside to a shaded balcony overlooking the beach. Enjoy a full kitchen and dining space, TVs in the bedrooms, free WiFi throughout the condo, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits at the end of each day.

Lighthouse comes with a host of amenities that include two zero-entry pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center with a sauna, and 635 feet of private beach. You'll be a quarter-mile from Gulf State Park, three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf State Park Pier, and three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf Shores Parkway - the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of popular restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlors, activities, and attractions.

Sisters trip

Very helpful before arrival date and with any problems getting information. Really like the texts with info before and after trip. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The view was great and enjoyed just relaxing on deck. The beach chair rental guys were very nice and helpful

Some Issues but Great Stay!

Great Stay!!! We had a couple of issues when we checked in and Customer Service responded quickly and was very helpful!!! The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was a closet full of floats and beach stuff. That was a fun surprise!!! We love Lighthouse Condominiums and will continue to book there. Looking forward to our next visit in August!!!

Minor problems

The door knob on the master bedroom door came off in my hand. the sink stoppers in the guest and master bath did not work as they were unattached. There is a weak spot in the tile in the entrance hall near the laundry room. The 'sheers' over the balcony doors were ripped and did not close plus one of the rods was not attached. Other than those items the stay was pleasant but costly.

Only complaints would be that the small bed at the front of the unit isn't really a bed. The mattress is wider than the frame, which looks like a converted futon or beach chair, so you're likely to roll off of it while sleeping. Also, the cable box in the 2nd bedroom didn't work. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but the moody pre-teen with us was not pleased. Lastly, it would be wise to point out that though a coffee maker is provided, the coffee and filters are not.

Lighthouse Unit 412

The master bed was comfortable enough, however this unit needs TLC! The unit looks like it hasn't been painted in forever, there obviously had been water damage on bathroom wall and it's not been painted. A tile is about to break, give way on floor near laundry room. The furniture is completely worn out in tv area. In master bedroom the footboard is broke or not fitting correctly and there is honestly no room for footboard and you will hit your leg a zillion times. The weather stripping on the bottom of front door is all but gone any critter could crawl in. When in the condo there is a good inch of light, opening. Just replace weather stripping and give this unit some love. The patio table has whit duck tape all around it. We should have been paid to stay there! Yeah, not the best unit by far.

Great Vacation

We loved Lighthouse Condominiums. Vacasa took care of all our needs. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. There were lots of carts to load & unload stuff and we never had to wait long for an elevator. There were always chairs available around the pool. Lighthouse Unit 412 is a great unit. I would have rated 5 stars except that the balcony furniture needs to be updated.

This property has nice pools and good parking. The room was in extreme need of cleaning. Walls need paint. tile floor needs to be repaired. I will never stay in this room/condo again.

My sister and I took our 87-year-old Daddy for a few days at the beach and could not have been any more pleased! Thank you Vacasa for checking with me every day to make sure things were ok! It was a great memory and we hope to go back soon!

House keeping

The shower had a lot of black mold in corners .main bath not being cleaned good. Curtains by slider were all ripped.by balcony The rug in front of sofa very dirty Toilet in spare bath needs a new seal all brown leaking around bottom of toilet Otherwise ok just info
