The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, fully renovated house with a swimming pool for rent in the commune of TourgĂ©ville. With a surface area of 130 mÂČ, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 mÂČ living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of approximately 4,800 mÂČ. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels at an additional cost, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 30 mÂČ living room with TV, sofa, armchair, fireplace, dining room
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- An office
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140Ă190) and wardrobes with hangers
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160Ă200) and wardrobes with hangers
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160Ă200) and wardrobes with hangers
- Bedroom 4: with 1 queen-size bed (160Ă200) and wardrobes with hangers
An outbuilding is also available on request.
Outside:
- An 8x4 swimming pool (private, unheated), open from June to the end of October
- A beautiful enclosed private garden of 4,800 mÂČ
- A 30 mÂČ terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Tourgéville, in a very pleasant rural setting. You will have access to all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Deauville and the beaches are only 10 minutes away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (2 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Deauville - Trouville, about 8 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen, about 58 km away
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided (but can be purchased at a nearby store)
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge (only one pet is allowed)
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. Rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided at the end of the street on the right as you leave.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions.
- The barbecue in the accommodation is in working order and charcoal is provided.
- A person responsible for maintaining the pool and garden visits regularly. You will be notified if a visit is scheduled during your stay.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (advertisement and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
