Came to Boyne City for our son’s wedding. This is a very nice place with comfy beds in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Winter Trip with friends

House was clean and cozy. Great location! Downtown Boyne City was perfect for grabbing dinner after spending the day outside.

Perfect location

Easy and comfortable place to stay with my dogs while visiting Up North. Perfect walking distance to Lake Charlevoix and downtown Boyne City!

Home away from Home

We were in the area for a family reunion. The location was perfect. We visited other nearby cities and sites. I forgot how nice it was to spend time in Boyne City. Our accommodations at Four Seasons was more than adequate. We were very comfortable and felt “at home” during our stay.

Great place

We came to ski. This was only a few minutes from the ski resort. There was plenty of space and our dog even enjoyed being there with us. It was great all around.

Quick stay in Boyne City

This is a nice, comfortable, quiet place in Boyne City. There is plenty of room in the 3 bedrooms and it has 2 bathroom as well. It’s been updates recently and has a nice yard for the dogs.

Nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood

House was clean and the beds were comfortable. Wanted to use the grill, but it was locked away (understandable due to snow) and some of the kitchen pans need an upgrade. Could use some additional seating in the living room and a few more lights in the rooms would be great. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

Girls vacation

We enjoyed staying here. It was a great location for the things we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood. It was nice to be able to have some meals on our own. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Very good communication with the hosts. Comfortable and clean.

We came for a family wedding weekend.

Great location. Close to the venue we were attending. Clean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Hot water was limited so that was a bummer for lots of people trying to shower and get ready. The sliding door off the back worked but was difficult to open and close. This was an excellent spot and way better than any hotel. Highly recommend!

Spacious and Refreshing Location in Boyne City

We stayed at Scott and Jennifer's location for a family ski trip of 4 adults, 2 kids and our fur babies. This location is exactly how is has been described and looks in the pictures. It is very clean, spacious with refreshing decor. The kitchen has full amenities for use. Location is just a few blocks away from downtown and an easy 15 minutes away from Boyne Mountain. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. As we were under a foot of snow for our trip, we were not able to see the yard but there is a cute deck out back that could be grilled on in the summer.

Visit with daughter and husband

We entertained our daughter and husband for lunch twice, but mostly we were gone every day to their home in nearby Horton Bay area, and taking day excursions from there. In the evening we returned to our rental to relax, shower, watch tv, etc. This is a comfortable home in a quiet, established neighborhood, with no through traffic. Three large bedrooms with walk-in closets, and two bathrooms, are a plus for families, as is the large dining room table that seats six. Nearby stools accommodate extra people.

We enjoyed the quiet location of this home. Home was clean with comfortable beds. Back deck with table and chairs and shade umbrella provided a nice outdoor area for relaxation. Host was very responsive. Only minor suggestions for improvement are to add another living room chair and screens on all windows. Enjoyed our stay.

Memorial Day Family weekend

We enjoyed some family time away to rest and relax. The house was the perfect size for four adults and a small child. It was very clean and reflexed the pictures perfect. It is located about a 3/4 miles to town, sidewalks most of way made it very walkable. Homey touches throughout the house helped make us feel very welcomed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Skiing

A group of friends and I decided to learn how to ski this weekend at Boyne Mountain. The location of the house was perfect for the ski resort and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Our only complaint was that only 2 of the 4 of us could shower per evening. The hot water ran out super fast and it didn’t drain in the master bath.

Great location!

This cute house is located just 10 minutes from Boyne ski resort. Such a great option for our family, traveling with our pup. It was quiet and had all the amenities we needed for a family snowboard trip.

Good Place to Stay

Property was very clean. Good location for the Boyne/Petoskey/Charlevoix area. Beds comfortable. Bath off of master bedroom could use a towel bar or hooks. Overall, very good stay.

Perfect For Our Needs

I will keep it short, but needed to review. Our family all went to a wedding neer BC. Did not want put dogs in the kennel for long weekend so your place worked out perfectly. Every thing was very nice, well stocked and very clean.
