The house was in a great location and fit our large group comfortably. Having the private pool was very nice bonus after a long day at the beach. The only small suggestion I have would be to add pot holders and a can opener to the kitchen. Besides these minor things we had a great time and looking forward to booking again in the future!

Roomy, relaxing and perfect location from the beach. The pool is a must have, and this pool is perfectly placed and sized.

Great place!

It was close to the beach, plenty of space, comfy beds, plenty of towels, the rental company was great as well! About 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach. Pool was clean and a decent size. Overall great property and would love to come back!

The house was very clean with a close walk to the beach. They guest house is a great addition and the rooms were good size.We had a random pool cleaner show up one evening un-announced when only one or two of of us were home.I just thought that was sort of odd and surprised us a little bit.Other than that, the house is very nice.

Ring the Bell

We had a great time. We were a super short walk to the beach. The beach access has restrooms at the entrance to the beach. We had chairs and umbrellas in the same apot everyday with front row access to the ocean. The pool was a perfect break in the day to have an additional place to rest. The pool house made a fantastic spot to be able to house large groups and still have a place to get some space. We recieved multipule check ins from the property management that made communication super easy.

Golf getaway

House was in a great location. It was frustr ating to find out 20 min before we arrived for check in that the a/c was broken on the 2nd floor. I did appreciate it was trying to be fixed as soon as possible...but very inconvenient when we are trying unload vehicles and food and having maintenence workers in and out of the house

The pool and house were great. Only a 4 minute walk to the beach entry. Very close to any stores but still very quiet street. It was great having a private pool since we had some double red flag days and couldn’t get in the Gulf. Any house issues like a broken bed and chirping smoke detector were repaired within a few hours. The management was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend.

Destined to be Great

Fantastic communication with property managers. Check in was easy and the house was very clean. The entire property was exactly as advertised and we loved the house, pool house and location. Easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants/gas/stores. 10/10 vacation stay

Huge disappointment

It was our 5th time staying in Destin/Miramar Beach area and this rental was a huge disappointment. The house was not clean upon our 4:00 arrival. We had daily calls to the rental office for safety concerns, crumbs and sand in beds marked as cleaned, towel bars falling off bathroom walls, missing pool step and the remaining steps missing bolts, lounge chair missing bolt, front porch glass lantern had loose glass, bicycle had pedal fall off during ride and had to push the bike back., etc.

Beautiful home

Love this house it’s great for a family. I wish that I added the heated pool and I didn’t like how we had limited access to the beach
