Great size for large family, convenient location with just a few steps to parking garage and elevators. Love all the extra windows in this unit for ample natural light. Oversized balcony with panoramic beach & ocean views.

The master bed was the only comfortable piece of furniture in the condo! The living room furniture was worn out and needs replacing. The outdoor furniture was rusty and wobbly. The resort was great but won't stay in this unit again. The music from the bar next door kept us all up. Everything in the needs updating. Do NOT recommend!

Overall the unit isn’t really up to snuff. It’s super beat up and was not very clean upon check in (one sock on the floor in the primary and Cheerios on the floor of the guest room, for example). Additionally, there is barely any hot water.. with a two bathroom you should at minimum be able to have two people shower comfortably, but it would immediately get cold. Kitchen, appliances, TVs and the like are all OK, but the beds are all extremely uncomfortable. The inside living room and outside patio furniture have seen better days. I do like the property though, great location next to Flora-Bama and its adjacent restaurants, as well as an awesome pool and splash pad for the kids. My gripes here aren’t with Phoenix X but more of the up-keep of the 717 unit.
