Beautiful 1914 craftsman style home located in quaint Larchmont Village. Our home sits on a block along with 10 other craftsman homes. Close and 15min walk to the main boulevard that remains one of the last sweet neighborhood shopping and eatery streets in Los Angeles. Beautiful walk through the wide streets and grand homes on your way to enjoy, coffee, lunch, dinner or dessert. Centrally located and just around the corner from Paramount & Rally Studios. Hollywood Blvd and other famous attractions are about one mile away like, The Walk of Stars, Chinese Mann Theater, Dome movie theater Griffith National Park, Griffith Observatory and much more. The garden in the back of the house is a private space for guests while staying here.

Deanna Zaccari is the property manager and will handle all your needs/questions Àr vÀrd
I have lived here for 42+ years and raised my children in this special grand home. I now reside in the back guest house with my little chihuahua mix dog, Gaby, she is friendly and likes other dogs too. Though we are in the back we have our own private yard divided by a seven foot redwood fence and keep to ourselves. You may see us walk out to our car parked in the straight part of the driveway.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This area is filled with history and historic homes and is a great walk through the neighborhood to the main Larchmont Blvd to shops and restaurants.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
You have room to park up to two cars in the circular drive. Please do not block the straight part where others use for in and out. The home is very centrally located and easy to get to all areas for hiking, horseback riding, theme parks, museums and the beach.
