The home is located minutes from Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and only a 10 minutes from Cross Creek Mall. This fully furnished home includes 3 full sized beds, 3 flat screen Smart TV, full sized appliances including in-unit laundry, basic cookware and utensils, and dishware for 8. High Speed Internet is included.

The Space:
This cozy, one story home features a living room, kitchen, dining room, and a laundry room off the car port. The kitchen includes full sized appliances, basic dining and cookware. You will find three bedrooms, each with a full sized bed. The hallway bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes and fresh linens for each guest.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home with the exception of one locked closet.The Yale Smart Lock is located on the front door, enter your unique door code here to enter the property. This property is also Pet Friendly! The driveway offers enough room for two vehicles, with room for one vehicle covered by the car port.

The Neighborhood:
This is a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is very quiet so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00pm.

Getting Around:
This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville. With easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort bragg is only 15 minutes away! It is only 10 minutes from Cross Creek Mall making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay. Personal vehicle is best, though rideshare services are increasingly available.

Other Things to Note:
In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:

1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the black hamper bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.

These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.

Interaction with Guests:
To follow the CDC recommendations of social distancing, guests will be checking themselves into the home using the door code for the front door’s keypad sent prior to the guest arrival via email/message and SMS. Our dedicated host is available by messenger to answer any questions guests may have about the home or to make local suggestions.Contact information for the host will be located in the home and in check-in messages.
