The gourmet kitchen that is every chef's dream is equipped with top of the line Bosch appliances which include a gas range, oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and a huge refrigerator. There is an enormous island with gorgeous quartz countertops, perfect for family and friends to gather.
The spacious living area has a large and comfortable sectional sofa, custom built-ins next to a gas fireplace and large screen television.
On this floor you will find two bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms, a half bathroom and a conveniently located laundry room with washer and dryer.
There are an additional two bedrooms on the top floor including the master suite where you will awake to see the sun rising over the Skyway Bridge. The Waterfront restaurant is a pleasant 0.5 mile walk away, as is the pier and shopping on Pine Avenue and you are a few steps from a beach access to the tranquil bay side beaches.
