This is a beautiful house with all the amenities you will need. The bay side is always fun watching for wild life. We saw stingrays, dolphins and manatees. Of course lots of birds. My grandkids loved fishing and then swimming in the fantastic pool! Plenty of room in the house, but all the balconies were used every day. The sunset is beautiful from the crows nest too. We willReturn next year, that’s for sure.

Spectacular views , awesome house, great location

My husband and I had our adult children, without the grandkids. It was perfect. The views of the bay were stunning, with dolphins giving us a show. The house was spacious, open, light, and equipped with everything you could possibly want on the water. Close to shops and great bike riding. The host was responsive and very helpful. we’ll be back!

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We had issues with the hot tub heating on the first day and the property manager responded very quickly. The home was well appointed and in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Waterfront Getaway

The home was everything you’d want in a beachfront getaway! Stunning views of the bay from your first sip of coffee(or tea) until you put your head on your pillow! The bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom were stunning. The kitchen was well appointed and made cooking on vacation actually enjoyable. The pool was large and the perfect temperature. The ability to walk out to your own beach was amazing. We have stayed on AMI for years and have been all over the island. This property was by far the best home and location. The owner was easy to work with and the property manager was highly responsive. Overall an 11/10!

Feb family vacation

The house and location are beautiful and were perfect for a family vacation with our grown children. Unfortunately for us the weather made it difficult to take advantage of all the house had to offer in terms of bicycles and kayaks or being out on the beach when it was too windy. Incredible views from the main living area and deck with lots of opportunities to watch the pelicans diving in to catch their dinner. had fun using the out door pingpong table and big open kitchen/living room/dining area.

Amazing Week!!!

This was easily one of the most fun weeks of vacation our family has had to date! The home was immaculate and came with more than we could have imagined. Paddle boards, bikes, kayaks, you name it. Although close to Pine Ave where there are shops, restaurants and a lot of activity, you are tucked away with amazing views of the bay and a private beach. We will for sure be returning and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable family getaway!

Wonderful stay!

House is beautiful, super clean and spacious. Very nice quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants and shops. House is on the bay and had a lovely view. You could sit on the private beach and not see another soul all day. Peaceful quiet and tranquil. Would definitely stay again!

This place has it all!

What an incredible view from inside and outside this home. Dolphins swam by daily which was fun viewing from the balcony and living room. Beach access was perfect for paddle board and skim boarding. Pool and back area was very nice. Home was incredible, from plenty of space to comfort to decor. Thank you Chris for being such an accommodating host!

Beautiful and spacious home

The house is beautiful and perfect for a group of 7. The house is on the bay and perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. Thank you for providing these! The gulf beach is a 20 min walk but easy and gets in the steps! Restaurants were extremely crowded so I recommend cooking in the nice kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider making this a yearly event!

Spectacular Beachfront property

We thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous house, pool/hot tub, beach, bikes & location! This was probably the best vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. The view was amazing to wake up to & the beds were all very comfortable. Location ideal and Chris always responded quickly to any emails. One small thing is they start you off with 1 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel & while the amenity list says shampoo/soap there was only some hand soaps so bring your own. We hope we can stay here again in the future!!

Thanksgiving getaway

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was large and well equipped, the views were just beautiful. We rode bikes, went to the beach, cooked some meals, walked to the ice cream store… perfect!!

This was one of the best VRBO homes we have ever stayed in! Debbie, the property manager, was amazing at promptly responding to our questions! This home is beautiful, in a fabulous location and well taken care of. We definitely plan to return!!
