This totally renovated unit is our Beach Blessings! This exquisite beachfront condo is the perfect vacation getaway! This condominium is located on the 18th floor, It’s private balcony offers a gorgeous direct gulf-front view overlooking the gorgeous white Sandy beach and emerald green water of Destin Florida. It is one of the best gulf front views of Destin Beaches, you can see it from our balcony!

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quick snack or make a gourmet meal. There is a keurig, and a regular coffee pot for the coffee lovers. With granite countertops, large breakfast bar with expansive views of the emerald water makes this kitchen exceptional.

This condo will exceed your expectations. It is decorated with upscale beach motif. The balcony overlooks the New Zero Entry Pool, along with the amazing gulf view.

It is conveniently located near all the amenities.

Although this is a one bedroom unit, there are accommodations for six. The master bedroom with a plush king sized bed, en-suite bathroom. The hallway has custom recessed bunkbeds , with storage underneath the bottom bunk- perfect for younger guests in your party. There is a second full bathroom, with new gorgeous frameless shower. New vinyl flooring throughout the entire unit.

The sofa is also a queen sized sleep sofa.

This condominium is fully stocked with all the linens and towels that you need for your stay.

The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rivals the best with THREE POOLS, We have the New Zero Entry Pool! We also two addition pools, one pool stays heated. TWO HOT-TUBS a twenty man and an eight man hot tub , tennis courts, pickle ball, newly renovated fitness center, sauna room. We have tiki bar between the beach and pool. They have employees that deliver food and drinks to you! All new EV chargers, on-site cafe, and sundry shop.

This resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin, with the best restaurants and shopping near. Children’s activities, water sports, and a vibrant nightlife

Perfect 10 days on the beach. Condo was beautiful, clean, and well equipped we had a beautiful view from the 18th floor balcony would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time visiting Destin, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The place was just like the pictures; it was clean and spacious. The view was amazing and we loved waking up to it every day. We had such a great time and will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

Great condo for our family and loved the view. Julie thought of everything that would be needed so you didn’t have to run to the store last minute for something. Decor was perfect and it was very cozy and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

The communication with the owner of the property was very quick and even recommended resturants and attractions. The check-in process was easy. The condo was very clean. The beach view was AMAZING. I could sit out there all day. I would recommend this place in a heart beat. My family and I are already planning our next trip for this year.

Spontaneous trip

This was a last minute trip that I decided to take to meet my other family from out of town. Julie was very understand and very accommodating of last minute changes that I needed to make. The place and the location were spot on! I had two 16 years old that really enjoyed catching sand crabs at night! The morning and night view was relaxing and calm. I felt safe allowing them to enjoy the property as it was very family friendly.

Beautiful view!

Our stay was perfect! Very comfortable condo! Very clean and neat! Had everything we needed in house. Communication with owner was fantastic! She was quick to respond when we had a question. Would highly recommend! The view of the ocean is absolutely stunning from inside the condo and from the balcony! Wonderful week away in our home away from home rental!

The unit itself was a 5 star unit, was perfectly appointed and very well decorated. Julie was awesome and super responsive. The Resort itself was horrible. Despite power outages, every morning the resort would cordon off the beach and set up 5 to 7 rows deep of chairs and umbrellas, and if you did not purchase 2 chairs and an umbrella, you had to set up behind them and were not able to see the water. The whole beach was like this and you were not able to put down a towel and see the water. We had to drive to a state park to be able to put down towels and see the water.

What a view!

Julie's condo was on the 18th floor of the Pelican Beach resort, facing the ocean, and man what a view. It was a very nice, clean, comfortable condo for a couple (like us). The amenities all over the Pelican were great! The location within Destin was perfect. I would recommend Julie's condo for your stay in Destin.

Julie’s 18th floor condo was wonderful! It was just two adults, but there was plenty of room (and a second bathroom) for a couple kiddos! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Beach Blessings

Application, communication with Julie, check in and the condo itself (cleanliness, quality of linens, furniture, and that view!!!) was well above a 10 - more like a 15! The building was experiencing (and actively working on) issues with the elevators, which made staying on the 18th fl challenging, but we were happy to see the issues were being addressed! Our only other negative was beach front access. There are strict property limits and the complex offers 3 rows of chairs/umbrellas very, very close to each other for an additional fee per day. Front row was booked up for the entire time of our stay, but we were able to get a set on the second row. We still had a decent view of the beach, but neighbors seated very close, and of course all the kiddos walking down from the back to get to the beach, made it less than comfortable. Folks sitting just outside the property limit are quickly but very politely booted off. Cafe and tiki bar food and drinks were great!

First time to Destin!

This was our first time to Destin and we got lucky choosing this clean, beautifully decorated condo that was in the perfect location. Our host Julie was extremely helpful and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. Unfortunately the weather was cold the 4 days we stayed so we didn’t get to experience the gorgeous beach or multiple pools. However, we’re already talking about heading back down when the weather is warmer to get the full experience!

Fun place right on the beach with a great view

We enjoyed staying here for a week in late January. The weather did not cooperate as a major snowstorm hit the area 45 minutes prior to our arrival. The snowstorm and accompanying cold weather shut down the town for two days. Back to the rental as the weather is unpredictable and uncontrollable! We found the rental to be clean and well maintained. The unit is on the 18th floor and we had no extended waiting for the elevator despite one of the four being out of service. The view from that height is amazing—spent time on the balcony just gazing at all the shades of blue from the beach to the horizon. And, we were treated to some amazing sunset views from that balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. The furnace kept the place comfortable despite the extreme cold weather outside. Master bedroom bed was comfortable and provide good night rests. The internet speed as sufficient to handle several zoom meetings and used our own Netflix account for entertainment. The host was available to answer questions promptly via email, text, and phone. We encountered no problems during our stay.

Great trip!

Great condo! Great location! Great view of the ocean! Only one hiccup was on my last night there the electronic lock stopped working. Fortunately I had my cell on me. Called the host and she took care of it right away. Otherwise a fantastic trip. Would highly recommend!
