This totally renovated unit is our happy place Beach Blessings! This exquisite beachfront condo is the perfect vacation getaway! This condominium is located on the 18th floor, It’s private balcony offers a gorgeous direct gulf-front view overlooking the gorgeous white Sandy beach and emerald green water of Destin Florida. It is one of the best gulf front views of Destin Beaches, you can see it from our balcony!

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quick snack or make a gourmet meal. There is a keurig, and a regular coffee pot for the coffee lovers. With granite countertops, large breakfast bar with expansive views of the emerald water makes this kitchen exceptional.

This condo will exceed your expectations. It is decorated with upscale beach motif. The balcony overlooks the New Zero Entry Pool, along with the amazing gulf view.

It is conveniently located near all the amenities.

Although this is a one bedroom unit, there are accommodations for six. The master bedroom with a plush king sized bed, en-suite bath. The hallway has custom recessed bunkbeds - perfect for younger guests in your party. There is a second full bathroom, with new gorgeous frameless shower. New vinyl flooring throughout the entire unit.

The sofa is also a queen sized sleep sofa.

This condominium is fully stocked with all the linens and towels that you need for your stay.

The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rivals the best with THREE POOLS, We have the New Zero Entry Pool! We also two addition pools, one pool stays heated. TWO HOT-TUBS a twenty man and an eight man hot tub , tennis courts, pickle ball, newly renovated fitness center, sauna room. We have tiki bar between the beach and pool. They have employees that deliver food and drinks to you! All new EV chargers, on-site cafe, and sundry shop.

This resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin, with the best restaurants and shopping near. Children’s activities, water sports, and a vibrant nightlife

Beautiful condo and great views!

Julie’s 18th floor condo was wonderful! It was just two adults, but there was plenty of room (and a second bathroom) for a couple kiddos! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Beach Blessings

Application, communication with Julie, check in and the condo itself (cleanliness, quality of linens, furniture, and that view!!!) was well above a 10 - more like a 15! The building was experiencing (and actively working on) issues with the elevators, which made staying on the 18th fl challenging, but we were happy to see the issues were being addressed! Our only other negative was beach front access. There are strict property limits and the complex offers 3 rows of chairs/umbrellas very, very close to each other for an additional fee per day. Front row was booked up for the entire time of our stay, but we were able to get a set on the second row. We still had a decent view of the beach, but neighbors seated very close, and of course all the kiddos walking down from the back to get to the beach, made it less than comfortable. Folks sitting just outside the property limit are quickly but very politely booted off. Cafe and tiki bar food and drinks were great!

First time to Destin!

This was our first time to Destin and we got lucky choosing this clean, beautifully decorated condo that was in the perfect location. Our host Julie was extremely helpful and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. Unfortunately the weather was cold the 4 days we stayed so we didn’t get to experience the gorgeous beach or multiple pools. However, we’re already talking about heading back down when the weather is warmer to get the full experience!

Fun place right on the beach with a great view

We enjoyed staying here for a week in late January. The weather did not cooperate as a major snowstorm hit the area 45 minutes prior to our arrival. The snowstorm and accompanying cold weather shut down the town for two days. Back to the rental as the weather is unpredictable and uncontrollable! We found the rental to be clean and well maintained. The unit is on the 18th floor and we had no extended waiting for the elevator despite one of the four being out of service. The view from that height is amazing—spent time on the balcony just gazing at all the shades of blue from the beach to the horizon. And, we were treated to some amazing sunset views from that balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. The furnace kept the place comfortable despite the extreme cold weather outside. Master bedroom bed was comfortable and provide good night rests. The internet speed as sufficient to handle several zoom meetings and used our own Netflix account for entertainment. The host was available to answer questions promptly via email, text, and phone. We encountered no problems during our stay.

Great trip!

Great condo! Great location! Great view of the ocean! Only one hiccup was on my last night there the electronic lock stopped working. Fortunately I had my cell on me. Called the host and she took care of it right away. Otherwise a fantastic trip. Would highly recommend!

Super clean & comfy!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is fabulous! We loved staying so close to the beach, and having the bar and restaurant on site is a plus. The owner is a pleasure to deal with.

The entire stay and process was perfect. The view is just beautiful. When you are not on the beach, you are still part of the beach. Julie called and checked on us, just to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. We hope to return. Highly recommend.

Best stay we've had in Destin

This is the cleanest and most convenient location we've experienced in Destin. It was also the best communication we've had with a property manager. Julie is professional and prompt. Food and beverage service on the beach. On site resteraunt and others close by. Excellent condo with great supplies and thoughtful adds. Description accurately described the property. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great beach getaway for the family

Our rental was exactly as pictured with all the amenities and beautiful ocean views. Lovely bottle of local wine left which we enjoyed. Appreciated all the extras including chairs, umbrellas and toys for beach fun! Communication was great and so was the location. Elevators got busy at times, but nothing too crazy. Highly recommend for family getaway! Hope to book again!

Spring Break 2024 with my hearts ‼️

I must Say over all the location was great , the host was spectacular, professional and she definitely is hands on with her property. The room was beautiful with a great view as advertised. We did ran into a check in problem on the day we arrived which wasn’t our host fault just mis-communication with the cleaning lady but , Ms. Anderson did her best to solve the problem hands-down . It was frustrating the day of arrival but , I tell you she did everything to accommodate me and my family . Any time I vacation in Destin in the near future this definitely will be my go to rental . It was enough space for my family , the room had everything u need in it for a family with kids . From games for the kids , stuff to take on the beach for the whole family , and everything u could need in a kitchen to cook for a family . Our vacation is one for the books.

Anniversary trip

It was a cool week. Unable to use beach ( by choice). To cold for old bones. We have never seen so many dolphins in any trip. Very much enjoyed watching them everyday. Setting on balcony drinking a glass of wine, very relaxing. Very nice place to stay for couple or small family. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic family vacation!

Very clean and beautifully updated condo. Had everything we could have needed. Perfect location for our family of 5. Julie was a wonderful host and very easily accessible. Security made our stay feel very safe which eased my mommy heart. Will be back!
