Gorgeous property

The room and instructions to enter were perfect. We could walk everywhere as the property is ideally located in downtown Palm Springs. Super clean. Communication with property owner/manager was fast and very friendly. We had an personal issue and had to change our reservation by one day and were so grateful they were able to accommodate that request. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Craig

Palm Spring Get Away

The location was perfect just a couple blocks from the downtown center. The amenities were nice with a well equipped kitchen area. The bed was comfortable hower, the shower was a little awkward but functional. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable property close to downtown.

This is my second time being here and love the closeness to downtown and the price was reasonable. Yhe caregiver of the property, Natalia is wonderful and helpful. I hope to stay again.

Excellent location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Room was clean with everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. Comfy bed and great AC. Would stay there again and plan to in the future!

Very charming, great manager

We love this place! It’s small and cozy with a nice pool. We also enjoyed knowing Natalia. She’s very kind and fun to talk to. I would come back year after year except that it will be torn down in October. That is so sad.

Great, clean studio close to everything on Palm Canyon Road.

Everything was great about this unit except for only a few issues. The kitchen was not stocked very well (no veggie peeler and other items necessary for food prep, making picnics). The walls were thin (older building; not the owner's fault) and we were forced to listen to some very loud, late-night partiers over two different weekends. We knocked on their door at around 2:30 am and asked them to please close down their party. Their "guests" left after that but the two guys stayed up for several more hours talking loudly and later snoring loudly. (We could hear them despite wearing ear-plugs and having our white-noise app on high.) The manager's unit was right on the other side of the party room and she told us the next day that she heard the noise all night long as well, so we really wondered why she did not do anything about it at the time out of courtesy for us and other patrons. She did call the owner the next day about that room, and the next night was quiet. Finally, gotta say, we and some other guests really didn't enjoy being barked at and growled at by the manager's (small) dog when we came and went, and at some other times out by the pool. A dog in the complex (we're assuming it was the manager's dog) also barked loudly on two different nights, waking us up yet again in the middle of the night. Despite the noise issues, however, we liked the room and loved the location, and would stay here again -- perhaps in the unit furthest away on the end, unit 6, I believe.

The room was clean and the bed very comfy. The location can't be beat. Quiet with a nice pool and covered chairs. Only two blocks from all the restaurants and shopping, the Museum and Marilyn statue.

The only item keeping this from being a five star location is that the bathroom and in-particular the shower are quite small. The location, the state of the property, the bedroom are all excellent.

Quiet stay

The bed was comfortable. The hot water fauset in the shower needs adjusting - a little trouble turning on and off. I don't smoke so I didn't have matches to light the stove - so I just used the microwave.

The property is beautiful. Our room could be 5 star, but the bed smelled like body odor. I believe it was the mattress. Also we had an issue with check in. I am not sure who is to blame. It may be Expedia, I sent a message to contact host a couple of days before arrival and they did not respond. We waited almost an hour to enter the property! I eventually spoke to the property manager and got instructions to get in, but he didn't seem very apologetic and I feel the manager on property should have checked in with us to make sure everything was okay but they did not.

Charming classic Palm Springs property. Comfortable king bed. Not fancy but has everything you need in the room. We walked to downtown restaurants every day.

Great downtown location

Love the quiet atmosphere, beautiful pool just outside the door, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Cole was very attentive to our needs, also. Have stayed there twice now.

Everything was within walking distance, which was awesome. Heated pool was appreciated since we were not blessed with warm weather. Room was clean, place was quiet and the view of the mountains was fantastic.
