So fun and clean

This property was amazing, very retro and lots of space for the family. The beanbag chair is the most comfortable thing ever! Eric is a great host, very responsive and super helpful. We had an amazing time staying here and would definitely return. Great place!

Amazing 50’s Home

Homes is like a snap shot in time from 19050’s. Property is very well maintained and comfortable and very spacious inside and outside. Loved the pool and the putting green. Host was very communicative and accommodating.

Great house especially for pets

We had an amazing time. Check in was so simple and as other reviews have stated we were met with fresh backed treats and fresh fruit. I was really inpressed with the house, and there were no crazy hidden fees and by far one of the most pet friendly homes I have stayed at. We had 3 dogs and it was really hard to find a place that was so willing to have dogs with no weight restrictions. We really appreciated this. The beds were comfortable and the home had lots of throws and pillows to make you feel at home. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Retro Vacay!

This house is amazing! We loved the cute neighborhood and how close it was to shopping and entertainment. The house iteslf was like a time warp to the 1950s-60s. From the stove and oven (totally fun to cook on, and works perfectly!) to the furnishings and decor, it was so much fun! Comfy beds, soft sheets and towels, and all the necessities. Future guests will get a kick out of it, I'm sure! I just wish it was warm enough to use the pool (highs in the 60's). The owner is very responsive. Pride of ownership shows throughout the property. Stop looking at other houses, and book this one!

Great location and LOTS of space

I grew up in Phoenix, and the area of Eric's place is really the place to be in my opinion. Super close to the light rail, great restaurants and museums. The house itself is really big, and the beds were really comfortable. Eric was great, super responsive. My kids loved it, and asked when we're coming back.

This home has been professionally designed and remodeled to be a full retro MID CENTURY MODERN experience with period specific furnishings and period design from top to bottom but with new mattresses and fantastic linens, everyday expected luxuries for todays travelers etc.

This home has been used for film production (movies and reality tv) you might just recognize it soon upon the releases of those recently completed projects

Swimming pool can now be heated for a fee. Owner will contact guest at the time of booking and ask if they would like to be invoiced for the pool to be heated. Price is $125 to preheat the pool plus $65 per each night of the stay. Sorry-Can not pick and choose dates.
