Enjoy ground floor waterfront living in this recently renovated condo on one of the most beautiful lakes in Texas, Lake Conroe! Just an hour away from Houston, this condo location offers many activities in and around the area for all seasons of the year. There are two bedrooms, two full baths, a living room with sofa/sleeper, fireplace, washer and dryer, and covered patio with a spectacular view of the lake. Master bathroom has a walk in shower. Updated with modern look throughout and fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool on site. As our guest you will have access to 2 private boat launches and can tie up your watercraft at the bulkhead right in the back yard of the condo. Our guests have access to all of Walden's amenities including golf (Walden), tennis, a fitness center and three on-site restaurants. Only a few minutes from Margaritaville on Lake Conroe.

Property was cleaned and stocked with plenty of towels, linens, full kitchen.

I wish there was grass in the back, it rained so just mud was out there. It was a nice property.

Perfect getaway

Stayed the weekend for a wedding in Montgomery and this place was just a 19 min drive away. Very clean, the property and surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. Minutes away from numerous convenient stores, a liquor store, Walgreens and a Wal-Mart. Had a brunch at Cafe on the Green at the Walden Golf Club and would definitely go there again.

Merry Christmas

We have stayed at several VIRBO properties this may have been the least desirable but not because it was a bad property. The property is dated a bit living room furniture not the most comfortable. TV service was not the best. BUT it was an excellent location for pets and management was very responsive nice folks. Would probably stay there again.

Peaceful Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We came in town to look for houses to buy in the Conroe area.Staying in Walden was so enjoyable we are now buying a home in Walden.The area is so peaceful. Full of so many amenities.The people were friendly but not invasive. You could enjoy your trip in peace even with locals around who live there. The condo was lovely. It was right on the water which gave a beautiful view all the time.My husband and I stayed with our four kids ranging 3-9years old and our dog.It gave us plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy.We loved having the private pool in the condo area not having to go to the main pool.One day without notice it was drained completely. That was a bummer but we went check out the big pool further down the road and that blew all expectations so it was worth it.Also a huge bonus the play park was across the street. I walked across with my kiddos without any problems. Also the dog park right down from the park so it was also very reasonable to walk too. Perfect Vacation spot for anyone from the single person looking to have a peaceful but also an area to have fellowship with others (pool side restaurants and live music in community) and also great for the families looking for a one spot to give everyone something to do(pool/fitness/baseball fields/golf/lake and more) Close enough to many places if you need to venture out for more adventures. Don’t think twice! Come vacay at Walden! You won’t regret it! Micheal was attentive to our all our needs.

Perfect for our needs.

We booked this on spur of the moment for a weekend at the Texas Renaissance Festival, and it met our needs perfectly. Two adult couples and my 15 y/o daughter. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, and hot! even with 5 people rotating showers in the morning. Sitting on the patio for morning coffee was quite pleasant, and the Cafe on the Green has marvelous food. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again.

Nice, clean, and comfy

The condo was nice and clean. The shower had good water pressure (better than home) and was hot! Manager was responsive to a minor issue. Dog park walking distance was nice.

Rented condo to host friends from out-of-town.

Rented condo to play cards, drink wine, and enjoy one another’s company. Dining room chairs were uncomfortable and coffee pottv remote did not work, but overall it satisfied our needs.

Cute and Comfortable

As cute inside as it looks in its pictures. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Right off the water. We only booked for a weekend, but would like to do a longer stay.
