Beautiful and extremely clean

Is home as close to everything, it had everything and more we could’ve possibly needed/wantedExcellent communication with the owner. We could not have been happier! It’s really unique and really neat rental. Not only will we stay here every opportunity we get that recommend!

Comfortable little spot

Walking distance from Findlay Market and quick Uber ride to the University to visit my son. Gated parking. Easy to communicate with manager/owner. Would stay here again.

An excellent time in Over The Rhine

I loved the location, amenities, and space. The only issues that I had were the lights being turned off in the central stairway most of the time with no visible light switch, which did make it a bit difficult to traverse. Otherwise, I had no complaints and will definitely be keeping it in mind for future visits.

Awesome spot

This property was excellent. Loved the private parking with the gated lot. Such a cute little apartment awesome for a couples getaway in the city easy 20 min walk distance to the downtown area and lots of great nightlife also.

Dirty and Smoky

When entering the property, the floor was filthy and a dust pan full of trash was sitting in front of the door. The room smelled of cigar smoke even though property was marked nonsmoking. The balcony door was standing open when we arrived and we couldn’t get it to lock. The trash can was full of trash and dirty dishes were in the dishwasher. We ended up leaving and getting hotel due to the smoke affecting my asthma and my campions not feeling safe due to the unlocked balcony door.

Super cute Studio

The Travel Getaway was perfect for our stay in Cincinnati for our daughter's graduation. We felt very safe at the property and the host was very helpful in helping us with the key and gate remote upon arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy. We did have a little trouble with the AC on the final day we were there. It just wasn't getting super cool. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Nice Apt in OTR Cincinnati.

Nice apartment, as described, location is still up and coming has gated parking and multiple doors to access property. Easily walk or drive to lots of locations in Cincinnati. Owner was very responsive for any questions or issues.

Great and affordable studio w/ proximity to downtown Cinci!

The property is a nice studio w/ great decor and arrangement of furniture, etc. The balcony is a real treasure. The neighborhood is a neighborhood. It's not pristine downtown but the price is right, and you can walk to all the Cinci attractions in a few minutes. Came for a wedding and this was a great HQ close to all the events, etc. Would definitely stay again.

1st Trip to Cincy

Overall great studio apartment and communication with host was awesome. They were very responsive. Location was pretty good. Lots of things walkable. We walked from TQL stadium with no issues. Also good location for drigin as its right off highway and you are in the middle of things. Was a little touch and go checking in but again, host was on it at, even at 11:30 at night. Would defintely stay again.

Nice place

The place was very nice and perfect for our needs. It was confusing to find the place since you entered through the parking area, but after contacting the host, we were able to figure it out. The neighborhood is up and coming, but still a little iffy. My only complaint is that our key fob to open the gate quit working. I contacted the host and someone was supposed to get back to me but never did. We didn’t need our car, but if we had, it would have been an issue.

Nice spot for getaway

The property was just as listed- a clean, studio rental that is perfect for a couple. A short and cheap uber ride from everywhere you'd want to visit. Both the communication of the host and instructions to gain access to the rental were poor. I had to ask for details about check-in 3 hours before the check-in time and when I called to ask a question about the gate and gaining access, my phone call was not answered nor was there ever any follow-up. This is unnerving when you're traveling hours away from home in a new place. Something to consider when booking this property.

Great little spot but could use improvements

I recently rented this studio for my husbands birthday . We attended a football game and overall, it was a great experience. The location is convenient and reasonably priced, making it an excellent choice for those looking for value. The bed was nice and clean, which contributed to a comfortable stay. However, there are a few recommendations I would like to share. The studio could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning prior to my arrival. While the bed was well-maintained, the bathroom vents , kitchen and balcony could have used better attention. Additionally, I found that the communication regarding check-in could have been clearer. I had to reach out to the manager for clarification, but I appreciate her quick responses once I did. As for the neighborhood, it was generally okay, though there was quite a bit of yelling outside the building. While I understand that management has limited control over external noise, it's something to keep in mind. In summary, this place is perfect for those seeking good value in a convenient location, but a little more focus on cleanliness would enhance the overall experience. That’s my only suggestion!

Would not stay again

In terms of communication with the owners, that was good, as was the cleanliness of the unit. However, I can't say that everything else was ideal. We found the key to the unit in an unlocked lockbox, and the parking lot fob was missing, which required us to message the owners anytime we wanted to get into the lot. In the unit itself, there were unlocked windows and a door to a balcony that wouldn't lock. After a lot of work, the window that led to a fire escape was locked, but the balcony door required a wedge to keep closed. We later had an incident where there was confusion with a cleaner that lead to a man trying to enter through that same door and a suggestion we call the authorities; this left us pretty uncomfortable. The unit was also fairly noisy.

Dirty used wash cloth still in tub, hair in tub, mirror dirty with toothpaste, dirty paper towel in kitchen sink, shredded cheese under sheets and the list goes on. Washer was broken and towels and dishes were still dirty. It’s decent if you just want a roof over your head but don’t expect cleanliness.
