This is a renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment the whole apartment is yours to rent. It is located on the Second floor and is walking distance to the beaches (only 2 blocks away), shopping and dining. Our spacious bedrooms come with large closets, hangers and queen size beds. Kitchen has stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, cookware and has a small patio located off kitchen. Sparkling Pool, Washer/dryer facility on site, AT&T Internet with a Tv in the living room. Towels , sheets provided.

I'll be back

Cheryl was great there was a water issue in the unit I rented and she was quick to upgrade me at no extra cost. My only complaint would be it wasn't the cleanest. Don't get me wrong it by no means was nasty. Just think her house keeper could do a better job. And I wish I had know there was no coffee pot because the coffee maker was still there I made do. I'm guess someone broke the pot and. Cheryl had no clue. But over I was just like it was listed. I will go back. Thanks Cheryl !!!

Review 2-3 Stars

Apartment and complex as a whole in major disrepair. Lights falling off building/s, main door latch into building missing parts and wouldn't close, even tried to fix it myself but didn't have a screwdriver. Very dirty entry into building, dishwasher didn't work, very bad odor in apartment. Loose bathroom faucet, both beds hard as a rock. Cobwebs throughout apartment and complex. Won't stay there again.

Not the place I’d bring your family, friends or anyone.

Honestly, this isn’t a place I would recommend anyone else to go to. When we arrived, the apartment was in a very scary location that in no way felt safe. Upon entering the apartment, there were several dead roaches on the ground (thank goodness they were dead), the fridge wasn’t working and the air conditioner wasn’t working. I messaged the apartment host who didn’t answer and after 16 hours and finally messaged the VRBO staff and the host finally answered 28 hours later in which she had someone come look at the air conditioner and fridge 24 hours later. Thank goodness I know how to work a few things because I was able to fix both the fridge and air conditioner by that time. On another note, the neighbor would scream at what we hoped was a game loud profound language with intermittent high pitched screams at all hours of the night that would echo throughout the apartment. The apartment “pool” was a very dark color or green and the smell that wafted through the complex in nice words or smelt as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I will say the beach that is about 3-4 miles away wasn’t bad, it is small but very quaint without much foot traffic and there is a park that’s open through the day with an ice cream place that’s open on weekends that wasn’t bad at all. I personally would never come here again but if you’re good at fixing a few things around the house, don’t mind the possibility of your car being broken into and don’t mind screaming throughout the night then this might be the place for you.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every second of it! I can't think of any place I'd rather stay in Pascagoula.

Average Stay

I was somewhat disappointed when I arrived at the unit. The location was somewhat off the beaten path, located inside of a neighborhood with the complex sitting way back off the street. The apartment was in a building with three (3) other units where the main door to the building would not stay closed. I tried to close it every time we left but it would always be standing wide open when we returned, so I just gave up. The hallway was not clean. There was debris that would blow in (because the door stayed open), dead bugs, and spiderwebs in the corners. There didn't appear to be any property care takers visible during business hours. My daughter called before my arrival to alert me that not only were there dead bugs found when she arrived but while she was watching television, one was crawling on the couch. There were literally dead bugs in all rooms (and not just one) and spider webs in corners and new dead bugs every morning and when we would return from outings. Not sure how the bugs were getting in. It doesn't appear that anyone came through to straighten up or do a once over before our arrival due to the evidence of the floors with dead bugs not being cleaned up or the visible spider webs. We were very hesitant when opening doors and drawers (pantry and closet) because we didn't know if we would find more dead bugs or live ones for that matter. The complex was quiet, so we had no issues there. The layout of the inside of the unit was nice; Very spacious. Easy to navigate in and out of the complex. Appliances were in working order.

Nice little space near the beach.

The beach is not really a swimming beach, it is more of a bay with next to no waves. We stayed over July 4th and the town put on a great fireworks show within walking distance. The public beach access near the park has a Sandy swimming area and restrooms. The apartment was clean and stocked well even though the building and entrance looked run down and a bit unkept. They replaced the carpet on the stairs while we were there so we assume they are making updates along the way. There is laundry on site, it’s 1.75 to wash and same to dry, no change machine in the facility. There is a small pool with an 8’ end. In July all water is warm.

Affordable

This property is affordable and basic. If you need a place to stay with a bed to lay your head down on this is a great place! The property is located in an apartment complex that isn't very clean or maintained well. The neighbors are "interesting" to put it nicely. The property manager is great and very helpful!
