Enjoy a new large deck for outdoor eating and entertaining, complete with gas grill, perfect for grilling your freshly caught fish! Enjoy the smaller deck over the water, fitted with comfy chairs, perfect for that morning cup of coffee! Home offers central air conditioning, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The water views can be enjoyed from the living room and 2 twin bedroom.

Close restaurants include Clancy's water view dining, Jason's Tavern, The Oyster Company, Original Seafood Restaurant and Thai Ocha Cafe!

August on Swan River

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the quiet of Swan River, with abundant bird-life and kayakers drifting by. The home provided an enjoyable stay in a "Classic Cape."

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed that I needed to bring my own linens as I came from out of state. I did expect there to be at least a roll of toilet paper. (There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper there). The house was a good size and very roomy and comfortable..
