Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.

The living area seamlessly leads into the charming outdoor space which, despite the prime location in the heart of the community, is serene, private, and peaceful. Here, you'll enjoy taking in the beautiful garden labyrinth, or resting in the shade of the 300-year-old oak trees. Spend the afternoons on the screened porch with a refreshing glass of iced tea or cocktails at happy hour.

The home features three comfortable and inviting bedrooms, each appointed with a KING bed, all with full, en-suite bathrooms. You'll appreciate the convenience of a main floor primary suite tucked away for privacy, and the two additional guest suites located upstairs

As you cross the bridge into Wilson Village, The Savannah stands prominent on a shady corner that welcomes you into Wilson Village. A mere two-block stroll to the breathtaking May River,
and all of the amenities Wilson Village has to offer. Just a few steps from your front porch, and you can enjoy 3 fantastic restaurants, the family-friendly swimming pool and fitness centers, the gorgeous waterfront chapel, and a myriad of water excursion options.

From here you're just a short golf cart or bike-ride away from the Montage Hotel featuring the Octagon restaurant, RT's Market, the May River Golf Course, and Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, plus Moreland Village, where you'll find Cole's restaurant, the Canteen and the 5-story tree house at Moreland Landing. Don't forget to end your days at the River House firepits, where you will enjoy a yummy s'more and quality conversations with other members and guests.
