Welcoming and Wonderful Main Floor Condo

This beautiful, quiet home is recently remodeled and a fully furnished one story condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the border of Centennial/Aurora/Parker, very near to DTC and Centennial Airport. Guests will enjoy a clean, modern, professional condo to relax while exploring the many Colorado attractions that are close by. Also, enjoy the many amenities that surround this property such as the Cherry Creek bike trail, as well as dinning and shopping within walking distance.

This one story condo provides you with all the comforts of a home away from home. Fully furnished home includes a kitchen with everything you need to host a dinner with friends or make breakfast in the morning, bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoo along with towels for you to use. If there is anything missing - Just ask!

**THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. IF THERE IS SMOKING THERE WILL BE A $300.00 FEE AND A REMOVAL FROM THE PREMISES.

***The hot tub and pool are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Any stay over 1 week may be charged an additional $50 per week cleaning fee.

The property is very safe with outdoor security cameras. Garages are available for $10.00 per night upon request.

The condo was just as advertised. It was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The host was attentive, responsive and determined to ensure my stay was perfect. Parking was ample. Plus the condo was conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this property to anyone.

My husband, sister and I were here for a family wedding. The location was perfect- 10 minutes from everything. Very clean and set up very nicely for our stay. Highly recommend.

Better than a hotel

Place was clean and well appointed with linens and kitchen supplies. The cherry creek trail is a short walk away and is a nice little escape.

Nice location!

We stayed in this property for 4 nights. The location is good next to grocery stores and other shopping centers. The apartment was well equipped and clean. We enjoy our stay and definitely recommend it

We had a very nice day at your property. It worked out very well for the two of us! It was very clean, various spots to eat in the area and we thought it was one of the nicer VRBO‘s we have ever stayed at. A big bonus for us was the water in the fridge when we got there. Our first day was a long day and it was nice to see. Very reasonably priced also. I would give it a 5 star rating for sure

Very nice.

Very nice townhome. Close to a lot of things. Not quite as close to some of the activities that we had planned. But I would stay here again- my family and I had never been to Colorado before so this was a learning experience as far as locations.

Great place to stay. I work in Englewood and live in CA. I visit my CO operations 2-3 times per month. Kristi is awesome to work with. The apartment is very clean, relaxing, and close to Eve thing you need.

Just Like Home

We had a wonderful stay in this condo while visiting Colorado! It's comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Everything looked exactly as it was pictured on the site. I especially liked the attention to detail that was put into making your stay just like home. There were comfortable linens, fluffy bath towels, a fully stocked kitchen-complete with plastic wrap, oatmeal, and microwave popcorn. It's a great location to be within driving distance of the airport and many other great attractions.

Very clean, great communication and good location

Our original reservations was not available due to a leak. I was contacted prior to arrival, that we had been rebooked in a similar condo. The location was the same and the layout was almost identical. The condo was clean and had everything we needed plus more! Kristi was great at communicating and getting back to usbin a timely manner. The location was great and had plenty to do around us.

Perfectly met my needs and wants!

If I could give this a 10 star rating, I would!! It was perfect for me and my grandson!! It was super clean, we each had our own room and bathroom; there were an ample amount of towels, trash can liners, dish towels ~ even popcorn and coffee were supplied. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and they even had a standing fan (which I loved, personally, because I sleep better with air movement â˜ș). It is in a convenient location ~ 30 min from Denver, an hour from Colorado Springs, and 2 hours from Estes Park ~ all the places we visited and were within an easy driving distance. Kristi was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had quickly. I would highly (!) recommend this lodging!!! The price is right, too!!!! I couldn’t have asked for anything to be better!! Thank you so much, Kristi!!!!!

Fantastic treasure! 5+/5 stars!

Just finished a 5 night stay in this wonderful 2 bedroom condo. Plenty of room in the main living area, we actually ended up spending a lot of our time together with family here in the condo as it had plenty of space to share time together. Even though it was just two of us, there is a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed (master has the king) and this unit could easily handle 4 people if needed! The kitchen is bigger than some kitchens we've seen in our kids' apartments thru the years! Plenty of space, well stocked, and lots of room for more than one person to help cook. The smart TV has an easy to use 4k Fire Stick, loaded with just about any streaming app you may subscribe to...one little tidbit, just remember to sign out of anything you sign into..:) Wifi signal super strong as well! We had an unusually warm hot streak during our stay, but the 2 window air conditioners more than adequately kept us cool during the day and night. And had it been winter or fall, we are pretty sure the gas fireplace and heating system would have been comfortable as well. This condo is well maintained, clean, and at least for our visit, very quiet. Easy to access on the first floor, only 5 steps to go up from parking; and, it does happen to be right next to the pool, which, upon arrival we thought might be a noise concern, but that turned out to be unfounded. Will definitely book again for future trips! Don't hesitate, just book it! 5 plus stars!!

There was really only one neg thing. The Bed and the bedding need to switched out. One side of the bed has a severe valley. I was only using one side so i switched, But it felt weird not to sleep on my side. Pillows were flat and they should have been king size and four of them, not two standard pillows and two couch pillows. This being said and taken with a grain of salt (as i am a bit of a princess and the pee)Very Clean, Great location, quite neighborhood, if i could deduct a half star I would instead of a whole.

We arrive 8-17-25 around 8PM. Walked in and found 2 VERY noisy window air conditioning units. When I inquired about the Central air, Kristi responded with "they never gad a complaint about the units before, they keep the the condo cool. That was not what i had asked. The noise was awful, it was so loud we could not have a conversation or watch TV in the main living area.Th
