Our Beach Home is an original island home with the unique character of the island. It is a spacious home where you can host a large family gathering or a small group with space for everyone to stretch out and get lost in the island life.
Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, Great room with a large TV for football watching, a Kids Bunk, pool room, 3 TV's, 3 Porches, Bed swing on the back porch for napping, a Firepit, Swim spa, Putting green, and 5 large oaks that frame the night sky or shade you from the summer sun. The ocean waves can be heard crashing ashore from the backyard. Come enjoy our slice of Heaven.

We have lived on the island for 8 years and we want to share the beauty of the island with family and friends. IOP is unique with its beaches, waterways, wildlife, and local charleston culture. The friendly environment and the ease of the island keeps people coming back.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Our home is on a very quiet street close to everything. The beach is within walking distance, downtown and the grocery stores are walkable or a golf cart away. You are a couple blocks from
the rec center. Great location!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The unique charm of our home dates back to the 1947 when it was first built on the island. We are surrounded by 5 live oak trees that encompass the property. Upon entering it feels small and quaint. Donât let your eyes deceive you-it has a large, comfortable footprint. Come enjoy our little slice of heaven.
