Our Luxury Getaway home features a private pool and spa with a modern design. Secure in a private gated community, it is walking distance to the polo grounds where Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach is regularly held and only minutes away from tons of restaurants, bars, and more. If you’re a golfer, it is also located right in the middle of 4 golf courses, and only a few minutes away from many others, including PGA West. Great for groups you can fit up to 6 cars in our garage and driveway.
The space
Outdoor: Take a dip in the private pool during the day or relax on the shelf and catch some rays. Our patio has multiple tanning chairs sprawled around the backyard as well as 2 shaded lounge areas. If you’re hungry. fire up the grill and enjoy lunch on the outdoor table below the ceiling fan and misters to keep you cool. If you’re looking to practice your golf game our brand putting green is a great for all ages. There is also a foosball table in the shade so the fun never ends. After the kids are down for the night, kick back in the spa or enjoy a cocktail around our built-in fire pit. Please note heating for pool and/or spa available for additional charge.

Indoor: If you’re looking to cool down from the midday sun kick up your feet on the big L-couch and turn on your favorite movie with our smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a coffee machine and a fridge complete with a water dispenser. There is also a built-in stove, a double oven for those big family dinners, and a dishwasher so you can spend more time enjoying your stay. Take a seat at the kitchen bar with seating for 3. Sit down to family or maybe even a friend-giving meal at the dining room table with seating for 12 (which also has a view of the TV for those movie dinner nights. Challenge a family member or a friend to a game of pool or 9-ball in the game room or to mega-connect-four with the kids. When you’re not playing pool there’s also a dart board in the game room. The darts are sharp please use at your own risk. When you’re ready to call it a night, the large sofa pulls out into a Queen-Sized bed for maximum comfort.

Bedroom Descriptions:

The Master Suite feature a Cal-King sized bed, a comfortable reading chair, 42-inch Smart TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and a dresser, The private en suite bathroom has a tile shower, oversized soaking tub and tiled countertops with double vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located next to the front door and features a Cal-King sized bed, 40-inch TCL Smart TV, ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and a dresser, with French doors leading to the courtyard. Private en suite bathroom has a large tile shower with bench seating and tiled countertops with double vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 is closest to the living room features a queen-sized bed, 40-inch TCL Smart TV, ceiling fan, reach-in closet and a reading desk.

There is a full bathroom located across the hallway from bedroom 3 which features a full walk-in shower and vanity sink.

Bed and Sleeping Summary: 2 Cal-Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Queen air-mattress, 2 twin air-mattresses, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 8.

Parking: The house has a 3 car garage with a driveway that fits another 3 cars for a total of 6 parking spots. Unfortunately, parking on the street is not allowed.

Location: The Space is located right in the heart of Indio walking distance from the Empire Polo Grounds. It is right in the middle of multiple golf courses and hiking trails right outside the main residential areas. You will also find no shortage of restaurants around the area only a short drive away.

The space is located in a gated community, guest will receive information on how to enter prior to stay. The house is also keyless entrance, guests will be given a code to access the space prior to their stay. Parking fits up to 6 vehicles, 3 in a 3-car garage, and 3 in the driveway.
