Private Hot Tub and Fire Pit - COZY COTTAGE

Cozy Cottage at Sunset Hills is a studio layout, private cottage in Branson, MO. Cozy Cottage is one of FIVE units at Branson's FIRST and ONLY "Couples/Adults Only" resort! It features a private outdoor covered porch with a hot tub and gas fire pit to enjoy year round. The inside features a 55" smart TV, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Wireless internet and Netflix are provided. Cozy Cottage is located directly in front of the swimming pond and from the front porch there are sensational views of our beautiful swimming pond and its 3 waterfalls that is open for swimming during the summer months. We are located less than 12 minutes from Branson's famous strip, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants.

Second time staying! 1st time in October and this time in may! Everything is beautifully and saw alot of wildlife. Turkey, deer, raccoon, birds ect. Love staying here.

Quiet retreat

This was our second stay at sunset hills and first for Cozy Cottage. We had a great time and the fact that it is about 15 minutes from Branson landing and silver dollar city makes this a great couples stay

Good place to stay

This cabin was very clean and away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed our stay very much. The private hot tub was definitely a plus.

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 25th anniversary and we were very impressed with the property. The cottage was very clean and well taken care of and the swimming pond was really nice. Altogether it was a really great place to stay.

Amazing!

We rented two cabins, one for us and one for my parents to celebrate our anniversaries. It was so amazing we rebooked for a few months later to come back in the fall. Highly recommend staying at this place. The property is amazing and the swimming pond was refreshing and fun. Close to all the activities in Branson but yet you felt like you were camping in the woods.

Didn’t want to leave!

I shed a few tears when it was time to pack up & leave! We went back for our 25th Anniversary to the same cabin we stayed in back then! We swam in the pond & enjoyed the hot tub! I can’t wait to go back!

Weekend Getaway

We loved our stay in their Cozy Cottage! This secluded area made for a very relaxing experience. The property is beautiful and immaculately maintained. We plan to stay there again!
