Good locale with views, nice pool and jacuzzi. A little walk from the center of town, but offers a bit more quiet. We saw deer and fox on the hillside.Would be nice to have designated pool towels (we brought our own--we're sure if we could use room towels).We used the fans (there were several) a lot because it was pretty hot.

Got this place for my employees doing work on the island have used this place before… beautiful views…it’s really nice and comfortable great location and the property management is fantastic. Really great communication always happy with our stays here. Thank you so much.

Thus property had amazing views and was super spacious. Proximity to the downtown and beach made it easy to get around even without a golf cart rental.

This place is simply amazing! The apartment was really big and close to all fun activities in Avalon! We enjoyed our daily emeralds with amazing views and an evening sip while watching the sunset. All the essentials were provided by the host so we enjoyed our stay from the day one! The pool and the hot tub were nicely heated- my kids loved it! Thank you for letting us stay!

Wonderful stay!

This condo worked perfectly for our group of 6 adult family members. Good space for hanging out in the living room, space for all in the dining room, and killer views from the main floor and bedroom level decks! Close to town and between hills so an easy walk.

Summer fun

We we love the location and view from this property. We stay on our boat during the day and we come up for cocktails and dinner on the balcony with the sunset.

If you’re looking for a host who communicates with guests after their stay, I would strongly advise against staying here. The property itself was beautiful, but unfortunately we left behind a bag containing approximately 3,000–4,000 worth of items. I’ve called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent messages through the app, and have received absolutely no response. I completely understand that leaving the bag behind was our mistake, but being completely ignored while trying to recover thousands of dollars’ worth of belongings is extremely disappointing. A simple response or acknowledgment would have gone a long way.

Overall the condo was fine and met our groups needs. However, there were some issues. Including a glass shower door that didn’t slide and another one that was replaced with a cheap shower curtain. There is an elevator but otherwise it is a lot of stairs to get up to the condo. The sliding glass doors were difficult to open to the patio. The kitchen was properly stocked and condo is walking distance to everything.
