Sugar Sand Retreats Beach Front Condo at Edgewater

The Sugar Sand Retreats one bedroom condo is located in Tower 3 at Edgewater Beach Resort overlooking the Emerald Coast and the Gulf of Mexico. Soak up the sight from floor to ceiling windows/patio door or from outside on our private balcony.

Located on the 8th floor, this condo was recently purchased and partially remodeled. Its beachy decor will have you relaxing the minute you step inside. A full kitchen features all you need for meals and snacks and an island offers seating. A sleeper sofa adorns the living area that overlooks the water and a Smart TV offers indoor entertainment. The one bedroom features a king size bed with TV, large closet and access to the bathroom with new, walk-in shower. Free WiFi keeps you connected to family and friends.

This beachfront condo has a maximum of 4 guests. The minimum age to rent is 25 (strictly enforced), and no pets or ESA are allowed.

--> Guests must complete Edgewater's online Guest Registration prior to arrival and pay the Guest Registration Fee of $50 which provides one vehicle pass, resort wristbands, and access to amenities. One extra vehicle pass is $30.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $500 damage deposit HOLD will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay.

Amazing Trip to PCB!

Our family of 4 had such a relaxing stay! We’ve stayed at Edgewater several times before and this condo was by far our favorite. So clean and updated and the communication was great!

Perfect Place to Stay!

This condo is a 5+ rating! Great location, extremely clean, included so many little extras to make our beach stay easy and comfortable! Hosts were super nice and communicated quickly with us! We will definitely look to stay here again if we return to PCB! Thank you!

Incredible condo and host

We had a great time. This condo is updated and very clean! I am very picky and have stayed at many different condos and this one was top notch. Paula was very prompt with communication and very helpful. Paula has included small details to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely choose this condo again. Edgewater has great amenities and the restaurant on property has very good food. Fantastic stay. Thank you, Paula for a great place to stay!

So Pleasant!

A clean and tidy well organized condo. Everything you need. Comfortable and close to the beach. No problems with elevator and there are several luggage trolleys to help get your things up to your suite. Loved the generous outdoor parking and security was good. Felt safe and secure. Paula was lovely to work with.

Family Vacation

Paula was an exceptional host! There was never any delay in response to any question I had. The property was clean and set up just like the photos! You will have an awesome view of the beach from the 8th floor balcony! We did have a small issue with 2 stove top burners not working but that was okay. Space is perfect size for a couple just wanted to get away. We stayed w a 1yr old and his pack and play which made for a tight squeeze at times but you forgot all about that while on the beach. Would highly recommend staying here!

Winter Florida Getaway

Property was a great place to stay. All the amenities we very well thought out and nothing left to chance. Loved the view and the beach, and Paula was a peach to work with. Really liked the ice cream shop and the Oceans restaurant that was on site. We will definitely look at staying at this property again.

Perfect Home away from Home

We have stayed at Edgewater many times and this, by far, has been the most updated, clean, beautifully decorated Condo ever. The Owners were wonderful on communication! We will be back!

Condo was completely renovated and very clean. Everything you need is there including beach chairs, beach umbrella and coolers. Paula couldn't have been more nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Dream view!

The condo is perfect for a couple. The beach couldn’t be closer and the condo is very clean, nice and comfortable with lots of nice, thoughtful touches. Wonderful time at Panama City Beach

The condo was clean, beautiful ocean view, great amenities at the resort, right on the beach, close to entertainment and dining. Paula was so helpful and allowed us to get into our condo a little earlier. We enjoyed our stay!

We are Paula and Chris. We are a retired couple who moved to Florida not long ago after we fell in love with Edgewater. We live at Edgewater full time and enjoy it so much, we added this one bedroom to share with friends, family and guests.
