Exactly What Our Family Needed: A Perfect, Peaceful Lake Getaway

We had an incredible stay at Waterfall Lodge. Our family of six, along with three teenage boys, had more than enough room to spread out, relax, and genuinely enjoy being together without ever feeling crowded. The setting is exceptional. The lake is beautiful and serene, the surrounding nature is peaceful, and the area is so quiet that it immediately feels like a true escape. It was exactly what our family needed. The nearby town and people were wonderful too, which added to the warmth of the whole experience. The home itself is thoughtfully designed from top to bottom. You can tell real care went into the construction, layout, and details. It is spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well appointed. We kept noticing thoughtful touches, but more importantly, there was not a single thing we wished the house had. It truly had everything we needed for a family gathering. The hosts were also excellent: courteous, responsive, clear communicators, and they made both check-in and checkout easy. This was one of those rare places that exceeded expectations. Waterfall Lodge was peaceful, beautiful, practical, and absolutely perfect for our group. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to any family looking for a restful, memorable getaway.

Amazing house in a beautiful location!

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The house was immaculate, and the surrounding forest was beautiful. The lake itself is also excellent, with plenty of open shore space to park a boat and explore! There's plenty of activity space between the main house and the barn, and a ton of beds - everyone was very comfortable. We were happy to discover a fast EV charger in the garage, as multiple people in our group drive Teslas. We had an incredible weekend and we can't wait to go back!

Amazing cabin retreat

This was an awesome spot! Great views from the patio, huge kitchen and dining area, and a great griddle outside for making food. We had a large group and everyone slept comfortably. Jaime was a very helpful host and was quick to answer all our questions. Thanks Jaime!
