Great getaway

This was the perfect house for family and teenage girls down for a lacrosse tournament. The house was perfect with plenty of space and easy walk to the big pool. Easy to get to Disney parks as well as other attractions in the area.

Disney/work from home stay

We were able to have a great extended stay and enjoy the beautiful home, pools and parks. WiFi worked great for those working from Home. Great location to Orlando activities. Close to beaches on both coasts…although Clearwater was the favorite. House had wonderful game room. Spacious, clean, everything you could think of was included and in great condition…we didn’t need baby items but noticed they were there as well! Communication was instant for any questions about the property during our stay. A definite 5 star experience.

Beautiful Home, Relaxing and Spacious

Let me start by saying we love Windsor Hills and have stayed here a couple of times. This was our first time in this beautiful villa and we were not disappointed. The home is decorated very nicely, the colors are welcoming, and it is clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 11 of us and no one was cramped or miserable. The pool area was very nice and after a long day, relaxing in the hot tub was wonderful. We would stay here again!

Nice time!

This was a very nice getaway after a year of not traveling due to Covid. After we received our vaccine we decided to get out not knowing what really to expect. The neighborhood was quite and all the restaurants and surrounding area were all wearing masks and social distancing. We would go again.

Very pleasant stay. Live being so close to Disney!!

We were able to check in 2 hrs early which was great and the managers worked well with us. House needs some updating and repairs but over all very nice

The house was very clean and decorated beautifully!

The house was very clean and beautiful. We loved how spacious it was. My family had an awesome time playing in the game/ theater room. We loved the pool table, it was nice out in the living room area so the adults could enjoy their own space. We loved the idea of having a computer on hand too. It was very thoughtful that they left eggs, juice, milk, bread, oatmeal, and snacks upon our arrival. The owners were great to work with, they truly understand how to make their customers happy. Thank you again and we had an awesome time staying in your home. We hope to stay there next year!

Couldn't be more pleased. Exceeded expectations!

We couldn't have had a better place to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Tastefully decorated, clean, lots for the kids to do within the gated and secure community (parks, tennis, mini golf, basketball, store), in the house (theatre, pool table, table tennis, foosball etc), outside the house (screened in pool, hot tub, BBQ area) and so close to Disney. Thanks!

Christmas Trip 2016

Location, Location, Location! With the home being located about a 5 minute drive to Disney's front door, shopping and restaurant along 192, the location could not be beat. However several items: The nearly non-working sliding glass door (we had to fix the handle several times) to the pool area (kept jumping the track and very hard to open even when in the right spot) was not cool. The fact the thermostat was locked up and the temp was set at a "comfortable 78 degrees" when there was record heat during most of our trip was not "cool". Some might think a pool table when you first enter the home is not right but to be honest, that was a very nice feature (with a party of 10, someone was always waiting and that table calmed the waits!) Otherwise, the home is a very nice home (did not like the master bedroom commode in a "small closet" but I have seen other similar homes with this design); the interior decor was a little darker than I have seen in other Florida rental homes (a lot of brown and beige instead of tropical, bight and airy) but again, well appointed with the exception of the master bedroom mattress that felt like it was about ready for a change. All in all, the home is a great spot for a large group and the recent updates like Granite counter tops and some interior items were a nice feature.

Amazing location and beautiful home!

We were 2 families staying at the Villa, we had lots of room in this beautiful home! The game room and pool were used constantly. We loved the location, so quiet and we felt safe. Yet so close to all the major attractions were wanted to visit. We would stay again! Thanks Bonnie for all your information, it was greatly appreciated!

Family Vacation

We stayed in this wonderful house in October. Our family was celebrating our 40th Anniversary by going to Disney World. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome basket and flowers congratulating my husband and I. There were 9 adults and 3 children, the house was more than we expected!The Grandkids and Greatgrandkids had a fantastic time, especially in the pool and game room. Thank You Jon and Sharon for sharing your outstanding home with us!

SUPERB!

Second time now at this villa and will definitely be back again. It has everything you will need and more, and all of a high standard. Loved the new fridge/freezer/ice maker and the addition of another 2 comfy sun loungers. Perfect!! Would highly recommend.

Love this house!!!

This was our second time staying at this property which in itself says a lot!!! As a family of 6 adults and 7 children we like to vacation together to Disney and found it not as fun to be in separate hotel rooms. When we found the Villa we were excited but not as excited as when we arrived a saw how beautiful it was. It's clean, and comfortable. Having the private, pool, spa and game room was so wonderful!!! Also the proximity to the parks was a perk too!!The maintenance staff was spectacular!! We called them a couple of times for minor issues such as a light bulb replacement and they were there within minutes and super polite. I'd say if we travel to Disney again we will definitely be staying at the Villa!!!

A Wonderful and Memorable Family Vacation!

Our family, 11 members strong, spent 10 1/2 terrific days at this lovely villa. To say that we had a great time would be an understatment. We had the time of our loves! This was the first time that all of us had vacationed together, so we know we were off on a new adventure. We found the villa easily on the internet. Making arrangements with Sharon Day was very easy She was so helpful and answered all of our many questions very graciously. We arrived in Kissimmee about two hours early. Kevin and Elaine Lewis allowed us to go to the house, check in and drop off luggage. It was great to meet them. We then headed off for lunch and returned when the house was ready. We really appreciated being able to do the check-in before other family members arrived. Kevin and Elaine were very helpful throughout our stay. The villa was exactly as pictured ont he internet. The furnishings were lovely, and everything was so clean comfortable. We felt at home right away. The owners have truly thought of everything when it comes to everyday items. We found everything we needed for cooking, etc. in the kitchen. The 'goodie basket' that awaited us was very thoughtful. There were 5 children and 6 adults in our group. With the pool, game room, pool table, TV/game systems and TV's, no one was ever able to say they didn't have anything to do! Wow, did we have fun. The weather was great...very little rain. When we weren't at the Parks or shopping, we enjoyed just being at the house very much. The kids didn't even want to go to the Clubhouse, because they were so happy being at home'! The back yard was beautifully landscaped and provided a great backdrop for family photos. We will not hesitate to recommend this lovely home to family and friends. And, certainly, we would love to go back someday ourselves! Thanks to the owners for sharing this beautiful home with us. Everyone we worked with helped to make our family vacation one that we will remember and cherish for years to come.

Highly Recommended!!!

We looked at many villas before deciding to stay here. It was definitely the right decision. The house is beautiful, very spacious, clean and in great decorative order. The pool and jacuzzi were great and so was the games room. The location is ideal for all of the theme parks and great local golf courses. Thanks also to Kevin and Elaine who provided a fantastic service during our stay. The only down side was that our holiday was over too soon! I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone.

Wonderful.....

The house was absolutely beautiful! The property was clean and accommodated our large family extremely well. Our only issue was with the upstairs air-conditioning going out twice...however, the onsite staff handled it quickly.

Great vacation!!

Our family of seven adults and six children truly enjoyed this beautiful vacation home. We traveled from Michigan and Virginia to Florida and we were all relieved to see the home truly is just as pictured on the website! The home was clean and very well maintained (and beautifully decorated). The layout of the property was such that 13 people could stay there and not feel crowded. The kids were absolutely thrilled with the pool and game room. We visited during the NBA playoffs and it was fun to watch the games while relaxing on the backyard patio and grilling! The manager of the property was so prompt with responses and very helpful. We visited Universal Studio, Sea World, Wet n Wild and Busch Gardens Tampa. It was nice having a roomy place to come back to at the end of the day. And it was great spending time with my family! The only complaint was the air conditioning upstairs was not working properly and the temperature there stayed above 80 degrees during our stay. There was a separate unit for upstairs so it really should have been cooler. The temperature downstairs was great, however. Still, I would (and have!) easily recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the area.

Disney & Universal Family Vacation

My three generation family consisted of six adults and five children and our ages ranged from 1 to 61! We enjoyed our stay at your villa and felt very much at home. We had plenty of room without getting in each others way. Everything inside and outside was very clean and very well maintained. The pool was a big hit and we loved the screened in porch. The kids really enjoyed the playground at Windsor Hills. It really is convenient to everything! The management team was very good to work with and we did not experience any problems. But we knew we could call them if we had a problem. An extra nice touch is the welcome package, It was really appreciated. Thanks for letting us enjoy your villa.

Sunshine Escape Villa

May I Just say what a great Villa Sunshine escape is!. Are party consisted of 11 people Me being the eldest at 52yrs my grandaughter at 2yrs.We had so much space the living room with the pool table and corner suite did it for me after children went to bed a drink and a game of pool to end a hard day! The beds were so big and comfy.The pool was tops we have stayed in villas 4 times before but this topped them all games room décor etc.the complex pool and slide were great .I played tennis on courts with son in law.(bad idea to Hot, too old) superb facilities.disney so close restaurants so close.( Only problem children did not want to come home).Will be back in a couple of years and will book again without doubt.So thanks again for a great time. Eloby Family Vacation @ Disney

My family enjoyed our stay tremendously! We stayed at the Villa for a week and loved every minute of it. My family consisted of 8 people ranging in age from 6 years old to 75 years old. The Villa was located only about 10 minutes from Disney, close enough to be there quickly, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. The Villa and the community had something for all of us to enjoy. The seniors enjoyed relaxing poolside while my 6 and 8 year old enjoyed the pool and slide at the Clubhouse. My two teenagers enjoyed being able to walk around the community after a long day at the parks. We have visited Disney 3 times prior to this and have always stayed at Hotels, this experience has changed that!!! We will make staying at the Villa our only way to stay when visiting Disney. It was a Fabulous place to stay.

There were 9 of us (5 adults, and 4 children) and we all had plenty of space to move around and do whatever we wanted to. Everyone had a great time. Your villa was more than what we expected - from the cutlery in the cabinets to the beautifully decorated rooms, to the welcome package. Everything was so nice. To top it all off, we were only 10 minutes from the Disney parks. All of them. We had a very relaxing stay. Your management team was very helpful and kind. They were there for anything we needed. What a superb job! Upon departure, my 11-year old granddaughter, Jamari, asked "Grandmother, can we stay?" They absolutely loved the game room and especially the pool. I cannot say enough about how beautiful your villa is. We will definitely call you when we are ready to come again. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a beautiful Disney experience.

My husband and I have a grain farm in Canada. Our three grown children and their families enjoy coming down to Florida to spend time with us.

We were looking for a vacation home that would bring the family together for their holidays, now that they are all grown up and going their own directions in life. We felt Orlando had lots to offer for all age groups and would appeal to our family for many years to come.

We looked at so many homes when making our choice. We first fell in love with the community of Windsor Hills. In my husband's words 'you would never get bored here'. We figured if we were coming back year after year that the novelty of going to parks and attractions might eventually fade for some members of the family, but the community has so many activities built right in that there are always things to do.

The second thing we really wanted was a house with a south-facing swimming pool. That was important to us, as the only time of year we can make it down to the house ourselves is in the winter and we wanted to make the most of the sunshine at all times of the day.

Thirdly, I liked the layout of the home. The openness of the main floor and the way it flows out to the pool area is just great. I think it is especially practical to have the kitchen close to the outdoors so people can go in and out for snacks easily and it makes it simpler for serving meals and barbecuing.

And lastly we needed lots of bedrooms! Not only do I want my family to feel comfortable when they come, but my husband loves to entertain and we often invite friends to be our guests while we are staying in Florida. Having a main floor bedroom was a bonus as well because it provides a perfect bedroom for my 87 year old mother in law so she doesn't have to climb stairs.

We also liked that the back of the house is not overlooked. Being from a farm, we are used to more privacy than city dwelling usually affords. So the opportunity to have a south-facing pool with no back neighbours was a huge plus for us.
