This gorgeous 4 bed/3 bath townhome is located in the desired Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL.
The gated resort offers a lazy river, fitness center, a splash park, sports court and a dock for kayak rentals.
My home can comfortably accommodate up-to 10 guests. It is extremely clean and spacious!
Disney World is within 10 minutes drive. Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Sea World, Orlando international airport and Premium outlets are 20 minutes from you.

I am a new VRBO host having two properties in Storey lake Resort. I am a full time Bank employee, a wife and a mother to 2 young girls! We are Michigan residents.
I am excited to host all my lovely guests and aim to be a super host soon.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
his beautiful home has an open floor plan.
The family room is spacious where the group can enjoy many board games provided with the home.
There is one bedroom and a full bath room on the first floor.
The second floor boasts a master bed with en-suite bath and two other bedrooms with twin and full beds. There is a common bath for the two bedrooms.
The home is equipped with brand new kitchen appliances, dinette sets, toaster, blender, waffle maker and an INSTANT POT!!!!
The home also comes with a brand new high chair and PacknPlay for toddlers.
The pool can be heated at an additional cost of $25.00 per day. (Highly recommended during winter)
Barbecue grill can be available for an additional cost of $50.00 for the entire stay!
We have a strict NO PET policy.
For the safety of our guests, we have a security camera outside the front door.
Guest access
Guests will require a gate pass to enter the Resort. Access codes for the gate and home will be provided in the welcome email 3 days prior to the visit.
You will also have free access to Story Lake Resortâs fitness center, lazy river, sports court and splash park.
Other things to note
1. Basic toiletries and supplies will be provided in the house. Guests will need to purchase any additional supplies for their stay as needed.
2. The house will be kept clean and sanitized for guest arrival. Daily cleaning will not be provided until check- out. Additional cleaning help can be provided at an extra cost.
