Hus 203 slutfördes 2009 och är en modernistisk stuga som ligger bara två kvarter från stranden. Arkitektoniska element i spetsen kombineras med inredning och tillbehör av hög design, så att du kan koppla av i stil. Från sin privata pool, till dess lyxiga bekvämligheter, ger House 203 den ultimata miljön för din semester på Tybee Island.

Modernt, men mysigt. Lyxig men ändå knäppa. House 203 är möblerad med bitar av Charlie Lazor, GUS Modern, Kartell, Modernica och Flemming Busk och har allvarliga designkrediter ... men har ändå en Tybee-själ.

Oavsett om du planerar en romantisk tillflyktsort eller en liten familjesemester är House 203 verkligen en bra bas för en Tybee-semester.

Hus 203 ligger på ett perfekt läge, mitt på ön. Två kvarter från midönstranden, ett kvarter från livsmedelsaffären och en 5 minuters cykeltur från piren.

Köksfunktioner inkluderar anpassade skåp, bänkskåp, vitvaror i rostfritt stål. Dessutom en mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer, diskmaskin och brödrost.

Sovrum med dubbelsäng har eget badrum. Gäst sovrummet är relativt liten i storlek med en Design Within Reach plattform bäddsoffa och ett litet skrivbord. Den tredje sovplatsen om det behövs ligger på Sun Porch.

Solrum / matsal:
Dubbel, 10'x10 "garageportar öppnar upp till poolområdet. Eero Saarinen inspirerade tulpanbordssits 4. Loungen har DWR-bäddsoffa och solstol.

Pool och uteplats:
Hus 203 har en liten uppvärmd pool med dubbla strålar. Solstolar på däck och solstolar på uteplatsen gör att du kan njuta av solen ... eller skuggan. Poolen är öppen året runt. Gas för poolvärme kostar hyresgästerna utöver de första 10 gallonen / $ 40 i användning.

Den främre uteplatsen har uteservering och kolgrill.

Extra:
Täckt ingång leder till tvättstuga och privat utomhusdusch. Hus hyr med 2 strandcruiser cyklar, solstolar, badhanddukar, boogey boards och barnleksaker för barn.

Best beach vacation

Great property, it exceeded our expectations. Pool was large and very fun for this kids. Short walk to the beach. House was spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable and memorable stay.

Great house

House is in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. We also enjoyed the pool a couple days. We really enjoyed our time there would definitely stay there again.

Early Summer Vaca

The house was perfect for our stay! It was just the right size for our family - 3 teens, my hubby & I. Communication with the host was quick & easy. Location was excellent! Short distance from anything we needed. Pool was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t want to leave

Me, my husband, and stepson stayed here for a week. The house was so interesting and super clean. It was our first family vacation and our first time to Tybee. The house was close to everything, though we mostly just relaxed. The house owners were also very good at communicating with us and super friendly. None of us wanted to come home.

Perfect Tybee Island location

Julianne has been one of the best hosts I have encountered in my 20 years of VRBO vacations. She went out of her way to adjust check in and out times to accomodate our flight schedule! The house was perfect with everything we needed for our week in Tybee/Sananbah.

Beach life

Overall was good but need a few amenities like kitchen towels, spare toilet paper in bathrooms, spare roll of paper towels in kitchen. At least one pkg of coffee to get yourself going in the morning till you can get to the store to get the essentials. In the laundry room needs a couple things of laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The ad said was queen bed in the master and it is a full size bed. One thing was saying we bring our dogs here but you can't bring your pets really and no smoking outside that's where you are too smoke, I get not inside but can't smoke outside. Location is awesome, in the middle of everything. Neighbors are friendly. Overall was very nice though.

Honeymoon trip

First time at tybee. Honeymoon trip. Its a beautiful home. Good location. Friendly neighbors. We will definitely consider staying here for future trips. It was only two of us this time but would be great for us and our 3 boys

A relaxing time on Tybee Island

The house is very cute and comfortable, we had great food and we took a wonderful trolley tour through Savannah. Julianne was very responsive to all my questions. We throughly enjoyed our time there.

Loved this home!

Loved staying at house 203! Wonderful location that allowed us a very short walk to the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the outdoor shower which was great to rinse off at after the beach and then jumping in the pool! The beds were the MOST comfortable beds we have ever had away from home! Thanks for sharing this little slice of heaven with us!

Backyard pool and a block away from beach.

Property is a short walk to the beach. We went in mid May and we had the beach to ourselves during the week. The pool was perfect for our 4 year old daughter who did not want to get out of it all week. Pleasantly surprised with the walk to the pier and the restaurants in that area. All around a great spot for a family vacation.

Wonderful trip!

We had a fabulous trip in this home-we love Tybee and come every year and decided to try out a new home with a pool and it was so worth it with littles. Our kiddos can’t stand the humidity at the beach for too long so it was nice to have pool days and our oldest two could even stand in the pool. The beds were soft and our kids loved the bunk beds and having their own room! Perfect floors for kiddos as well. We had an amazing time and the host when accommodated a later check out time which was super nice. We listened to records and had the best time.
