Way overpriced and overcrowded.
Based upon the pictures, we were very surprised when we showed up. All the pics make the apartment appear to be much larger than it is. The living room was tiny and more than 4 people were too much. The list of things we were unhappy about is extensive so I'll stick to the major ones. Upon arrival, my 15 year old niece found a used condom under her bed. I wrote the host and the response was - I'm sorry, I will talk to housekeeping. The correct response should have been, I will send someone to handle it and re-clean the entire apartment. The building is jam packed with people and this apartment is on the 30th floor. The normal wait time for an elevator was around 10 minutes. We literally spent multiple hours over our stay waiting for the elevator. Every person we encountered on the elevators complained about it. The pool - good luck! Every chair was taken before 9am and we were never able to get a seat at the pool over the 9 days we were there. Towels? Yeah, nice to have a master bedroom with 1 bath towel. We just decided to buy towels to make up for it. Parking? Constant problems with the ticket to get in and out of the lot. Mattresses? Literally the worst mattresses I have ever experienced. Everyone in our party complained of back pain after the first night. Air Conditioning? Good luck. The master bedroom would literally be sweltering hot and the rear bedrooms freezing. The entire apartment was out of date with beat up furniture, dated everything, and a new paint job needed. Do yourself a favor and find something nicer.
