Phenomenal location (literally steps from the beach!) and great house! The two kitchens, dining and living rooms gave us plenty of space to spread out and was perfect for cooking our meals and eating all together. We had a fantastic time at Michelle’s property! She was easy to communicate with and you could tell she wanted us to have an awesome stay. Our only complaint was the dog next door that barked in the early morning.

If you want a property right next to the beach (1 minute walk), this is the property for you. Very big home with two kitchens and 2 living rooms as well as 2 outdoor decks, multiple bathrooms, a huge family dining table, amazing game room with all the games and beach supplies you could want, with plentiful driveway parking, washer and dryer, 2 minute walk to delicious mom & pop restaurant with tacos/enchiladas/etc and small corner store. Of note, it is required to wash, dry and replace all dishes that are used, dump all trash in outdoor dumpster, and wash/dry/fold all towels used. Child and pet friendly. We ran into a bit of a time-crunch at the end of the trip, but understandable request. We highly recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Very comfortable beach house for three generations of extended family. Easy walk 1/2 block walk to Twin Lakes State Beach that is not very crowded and is good for boogie boarding and sand play. Well-equiped kitchens, plenty of room to spread out. Quiet neighborhood. Walkable restaurants. Monterey Bay Aquarium, not to be missed, is close enough for an easy day trip. Tide pools at Natural Bridges are wonderful to visit if there is a minus tide.

We had a great stay at this beach house with our group of 12. The home was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions.The kitchen and common areas worked well for a large group, and we especially enjoyed that the house was bright and airy. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was simple.We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other families or groups looking for a beach getaway.

The proximity to the beach was wonderful. The area was peaceful and quiet. There are only two full bathrooms, plus two bathrooms that have only a toilet and sink. The home feels spacious. It is strange though-apparently a merger of what had been two separate halves of a duplex

I plan a family vacation every year with our kids and grandkids. This house was large enough to accommodate our group of 14 and we never felt crowded. The house is a little quirky, the bedroom halls feel like a maze, however we got used to them quickly! The kitchen had everything we needed, there is a second kitchen, and the second refrigerator was helpful. There are stairs to navigate, not a problem for most, however something to be aware of. There are plenty of linens and beach towels provided. Access to the beach is fantastic. You can see the entrance and ocean from the driveway. We parked 4 cars and a truck in the driveway, which is pretty amazing for a vacation rental. As with any rental there are little things that are not quite right, but all in all, this rental was a good choice. Michelle was an excellent host! She responded to all of my emails immediately with answers to any questions that I had.

Great stay right near the beach had a livelybtime young and old. Well equipped kitchens for our family who likes to cook. Very comfortable and great communication with the host.

The biggest reason we fell in love with this beach house is its amazing location — just steps from the sand and right by our friendly, dog-friendly beach. The sunsets here are incredible, casting the most beautiful golden light on the bluffs… perfect for family photos and dreamy selfies! Sincerely Michelle
