Detta hem byggdes specialbyggdes 2006 och har nyligen renoverats i en varm och rustik stil. Du hittar gott om plats för dina vÀnner och familj i 4 000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta och en stor trÀdgÄrd. Alla sovrum Àr belÀgna pÄ övervÄningen vilket möjliggör mycket underhÄllande utrymme och en öppen planlösning nedervÄningen. Detta hem har tvÄ sovrum sÄvÀl som tvÄ extra sovrum alla med king size-sÀngar. Det finns ocksÄ 4 dubbla madrasser i ett av sovrummen - se bilder för sÀngkonfigurationer. NedervÄningen har en öppen planlösning som inkluderar ett vackert high-end kök och bra utrymmen för middagar och underhÄllning inklusive ett anpassat bord som bekvÀmt kan ha plats för tolv vuxna. Det finns ocksÄ en stor sektionssoffa som Àr perfekt för avkoppling framför den stora TV- och mediecentret. Detta hem har ocksÄ nÄgra fantastiska yttre funktioner.
Utanför kan du njuta av ett spel eller tvÄ hÀstskor eller koppla av medan du slappar av i bekvÀma utemöbler utomhus, runt en eldstad. Glöm dock inte att koppla av i vÄr Ätta personers jacuzzi dÀr du kan titta pÄ stjÀrnorna och smÀlta livets stress bort. The most perfect accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was clean, there was an abundance of amenities, and it was better than expected. Hot tub was clean and comfy. Checking in and out was easy. The property itself was amazing because it was almost like it was in the middle of a forest but was centrally located to activities and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful house. It was spacious and delightful. Everything we needed was there. The beds were luxurious. We used and loved the hot tub, I lost at horseshoes, my grandchildren swung in the hammock, we enjoyed the fire pit. What a wonderful way to enjoy my 90th birthday with my children and grandchildren (all grown, but no greats yet). Thank you.

Awesome stay at beautiful, spacious home.

We really enjoyed staying in this home as it is very spacious. Everything in the home was well organized and labeled. The beds are very comfortable, all sleep number beds!The yard was very spacious and multiple games/activities for the kids available. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Easily exceeds expectations

Where do I even start?! Crystal was kind, helpful, and accommodating from the moment I booked her home for our family vacation. Check in was a breeze and as soon as we pulled up to her property, it was breathtaking. We were a party of 10 and there was plenty of space for all of us. Her home provided us with everything we needed and more. It is very well maintained, and clean. We will definitely book again!

Incredible house

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed with two other families and the big room was ideal for the kids! The outdoor area was stunning and a great space for the kids to run around. The location was convenient and the host was very responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again if/when we get back to Santa Cruz!

Fabulous girls weekend!

I spent 3 nights here for a girls weekend and it was so much space for 12 of us, with great indoor / outdoor living and privacy. Also good location that wasn’t too far to get to Capitola, Aptos & Santa Cruz. Would highly recommend!

Girls Weekend Success

This was our second time renting Crystal‘s fantastic house for our girls weekend. This year we were nine women and we stayed for three nights. We enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard between rain showers. The living space was very comfortable inside! And the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable as well! We just can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and how easy it is to work with Crystal!

Beautiful house

We stayed here with three families (12 people) and would absolutely stay here again! The house was spacious and clean, and the backyard was perfect for the kids. We grilled, made s’mores, went in the hot tub, and played catch on the lawn. Just 15 minutes to Santa Cruz boardwalk, too.

Santa Cruz has something for everyone. I have been running vacation rentals now for over 14 years and continue to I love meeting new people from all over the world and help them make their time here special and memorable.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This house is great for those who are trying to have privacy and space for their entire group but also wanting to be close to all the fun things Santa Cruz has to offer. This house is located in Soquel which is centrally located to great beaches like Capitola Beach, Rio Del Mar, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This property allows families and friends to come together and be under one roof to spending quality time together.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This 4000 square foot house is located on 1 acre lot. The back yard has an oversized cement patio space which is great for entertaining as well as over 1500 square feet of artificial lawn for the kids to play and run around, not to mention a full size horseshoe pit. The inside is just as amazing. The downstairs is an open floor plan that includes a beautiful high-end kitchen, great spaces for dining/entertaining, as well as a space for relaxing on the couch in front of the TV/media center.
