Bra läge: Följande stränder är en kort bilresa från fastigheten. Capitola, Rio Del Mar State Beach (min favorit) och New Brighton State Beach ligger ungefär 2-3 miles bort. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk ligger cirka 8 mil bort.

Detta hem byggdes specialbyggdes 2006 och har nyligen renoverats i en varm och rustik stil. Du hittar gott om plats för dina vänner och familj i 4 000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta och en stor trädgård. Alla sovrum är belägna på övervåningen vilket möjliggör mycket underhållande utrymme och en öppen planlösning nedervåningen. Detta hem har två sovrum såväl som två extra sovrum alla med king size-sängar. Det finns också 4 dubbla madrasser i ett av sovrummen - se bilder för sängkonfigurationer. Nedervåningen har en öppen planlösning som inkluderar ett vackert high-end kök och bra utrymmen för middagar och underhållning inklusive ett anpassat bord som bekvämt kan ha plats för tolv vuxna. Det finns också en stor sektionssoffa som är perfekt för avkoppling framför den stora TV- och mediecentret. Detta hem har också några fantastiska yttre funktioner.
Utanför kan du njuta av ett spel eller två hästskor eller koppla av medan du slappar av i bekväma utemöbler utomhus, runt en eldstad. Glöm dock inte att koppla av i vår åtta personers jacuzzi där du kan titta på stjärnorna och smälta livets stress bort. Huset är mycket privat men ligger nära staden för snabb åtkomst till lokala butiker, restauranger och stränder som Capitola-stranden, Beach Boardwalk, Seacliff och många fler.

I cannot express how perfect this house is. So spacious, so you never felt crowded even with a large group. The back yard was fun and welcoming in so many ways. We had more than we needed with everything supplied, from coffee makers to having beverage containers to serving platters to anything. The neighborhood was secluded and friendly. Parking abundant Crystal was amazing. I want to stay here again and again and again. It was the perfect fit for us.

Awesome stay at beautiful, spacious home.

We really enjoyed staying in this home as it is very spacious. Everything in the home was well organized and labeled. The beds are very comfortable, all sleep number beds!The yard was very spacious and multiple games/activities for the kids available. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Easily exceeds expectations

Where do I even start?! Crystal was kind, helpful, and accommodating from the moment I booked her home for our family vacation. Check in was a breeze and as soon as we pulled up to her property, it was breathtaking. We were a party of 10 and there was plenty of space for all of us. Her home provided us with everything we needed and more. It is very well maintained, and clean. We will definitely book again!

Girls Weekend Success

This was our second time renting Crystal‘s fantastic house for our girls weekend. This year we were nine women and we stayed for three nights. We enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard between rain showers. The living space was very comfortable inside! And the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable as well! We just can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and how easy it is to work with Crystal!

A little piece of heaven in Santa Cruz

We just completed a fabulous stay at Crystal's home. The place is incredibly spacious and well though out. Everything was labeled and the little touches like the bathrobes and checkin snacks were a nice surprise. Crystal was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and made everything smooth and easy. We will be back!

Lovely and spacious home

This property was perfect for our family. We stayed here with our two daughters and their young families. Very spacious. Lovely decor. Everyone had enough room. Loved the backyard. Great for the little ones to run around. Crystal promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Home and Location

We held a small family holiday afternoon gathering - this house is over the top! Pictures do not do it justice! Crystal (host) is so on top of everything! If I could give this home 10 stars - I would!! There’s so much room inside and outside of this home - very comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with all the amenities

We had a high school basketball tournament in San Jose, and our team stayed at this house for two nights. The four bedrooms were able to hold 10 high school girls and the coaches. The carpets in the largest bedrooms have enough cushion for sleeping bags, and the beds are all comfortable. The cleanliness and amenities at this property are wonderful.

Family Gathering

Great location, preheated hot tub and hotel type bathrobes, and a well stocked kitchen for our big family. There were plenty of games and outdoor equipment for kids to ride/use as well as a beautiful backyard for them to run around in. Ez entry and communication with the owners made it a smooth landing for our trip from South Orange County. We will book again!

Incredible house

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed with two other families and the big room was ideal for the kids! The outdoor area was stunning and a great space for the kids to run around. The location was convenient and the host was very responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again if/when we get back to Santa Cruz!

This is an amazing property. This was a family vacation, and we were so impressed with the whole experience. Beautiful house

We stayed here with three families (12 people) and would absolutely stay here again! The house was spacious and clean, and the backyard was perfect for the kids. We grilled, made s’mores, went in the hot tub, and played catch on the lawn. Just 15 minutes to Santa Cruz boardwalk, too.

Awesome host and place

Crystal was very nice and thorough with her explanation of checking in. Check in was a breeze. The house was much more spacious than I imagine. Houses usually look bigger in the pictures but not this house. It is huge and roomy with plenty of place to sit inside and outside the house. Plenty of parking as well. Overall, I will definitely book this place again.

I have lived in Santa Cruz all of my life. I am married with two kids. We love to travel the world but I have to say Santa Cruz has a special place in our heart. Santa Cruz has something for everyone. I have been running vacation rentals now for over 14 years and continue to I love meeting new people from all over the world and help them make their time here special and memorable.

This house is great for those who are trying to have privacy and space for their entire group but also wanting to be close to all the fun things Santa Cruz has to offer. This house is located in Soquel which is centrally located to great beaches like Capitola Beach, Rio Del Mar, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This property allows families and friends to come together and be under one roof to spending quality time together.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This 4000 square foot house is located on 1 acre lot. The back yard has an oversized cement patio space which is great for entertaining as well as over 1500 square feet of artificial lawn for the kids to play and run around, not to mention a full size horseshoe pit. The inside is just as amazing. The downstairs is an open floor plan that includes a beautiful high-end kitchen, great spaces for dining/entertaining, as well as a space for relaxing on the couch in front of the TV/media center.
