The most perfect accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was clean, there was an abundance of amenities, and it was better than expected. Hot tub was clean and comfy. Checking in and out was easy. The property itself was amazing because it was almost like it was in the middle of a forest but was centrally located to activities and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful house. It was spacious and delightful. Everything we needed was there. The beds were luxurious. We used and loved the hot tub, I lost at horseshoes, my grandchildren swung in the hammock, we enjoyed the fire pit. What a wonderful way to enjoy my 90th birthday with my children and grandchildren (all grown, but no greats yet). Thank you.

Incredible house

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed with two other families and the big room was ideal for the kids! The outdoor area was stunning and a great space for the kids to run around. The location was convenient and the host was very responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again if/when we get back to Santa Cruz!

Beautiful house

We stayed here with three families (12 people) and would absolutely stay here again! The house was spacious and clean, and the backyard was perfect for the kids. We grilled, made s’mores, went in the hot tub, and played catch on the lawn. Just 15 minutes to Santa Cruz boardwalk, too.

Lovely and spacious home

This property was perfect for our family. We stayed here with our two daughters and their young families. Very spacious. Lovely decor. Everyone had enough room. Loved the backyard. Great for the little ones to run around. Crystal promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful huge property with all the nicest amenities.

I can only say great things about this home. It sits on a large lot so plenty of privacy and a beautiful backdrop of trees and greenery. We even caught a few glimpses of deer off to the wooded area. It was awesome and the kids enjoyed it! The hot tub was great and the backyard provided enough space for the kids to enjoy! We took advantage of the grill and the fire pit out back. The inside was so nicely decorated and spacious. The beds were so soft and the showers and jetted tub were awesome. We spent a few days at the boardwalk and beach which were only about 15 minutes away. It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of town but nice that everything was only a 5-15 min drive away including grocery and convenience stores. There was plenty of room for my group which included 3 families. I would definitely like to visit again especially during warmer weather. Thr whole rental process couldn't have been easier. Crystal was great and replied quickly to my inquiries.

Peaceful with WOW house and yard

The house was gorgeous. It had large rooms. Downstarirs had large living area/dining area with table to fit twelve people and kitchen with island with lots of cubboards and drawers and walk in pantry. Upstairs there were two standard size rooms with king size beds. One large master suite with huge tv, bathtub and shower stall. Second extremely large room with king size bed, two trundle beds and shower that could fit five people. Also a laundry room with extra large washer/dryer and ironing board and iron. Outside was a jacuzzi are with couches.There was another area with two tables to fit six on each table and portable barbeque. Another area with lounge couch. Another area surrounding a place to have a fire. The lawn area invited corn hole (provided in the garage), hammock for two. The backyard was backed by a creek with huge trees about one hundred feet tall. Sounds of birds welcomed us for our early morning coffee time.

I cannot express how perfect this house is. So spacious, so you never felt crowded even with a large group. The back yard was fun and welcoming in so many ways. We had more than we needed with everything supplied, from coffee makers to having beverage containers to serving platters to anything. The neighborhood was secluded and friendly. Parking abundant Crystal was amazing. I want to stay here again and again and again. It was the perfect fit for us.

Awesome stay at beautiful, spacious home.

We really enjoyed staying in this home as it is very spacious. Everything in the home was well organized and labeled. The beds are very comfortable, all sleep number beds!The yard was very spacious and multiple games/activities for the kids available. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Easily exceeds expectations

Where do I even start?! Crystal was kind, helpful, and accommodating from the moment I booked her home for our family vacation. Check in was a breeze and as soon as we pulled up to her property, it was breathtaking. We were a party of 10 and there was plenty of space for all of us. Her home provided us with everything we needed and more. It is very well maintained, and clean. We will definitely book again!

Girls Weekend Success

This was our second time renting Crystal‘s fantastic house for our girls weekend. This year we were nine women and we stayed for three nights. We enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard between rain showers. The living space was very comfortable inside! And the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable as well! We just can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and how easy it is to work with Crystal!

A little piece of heaven in Santa Cruz

We just completed a fabulous stay at Crystal's home. The place is incredibly spacious and well though out. Everything was labeled and the little touches like the bathrobes and checkin snacks were a nice surprise. Crystal was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and made everything smooth and easy. We will be back!

Excellent Home and Location

We held a small family holiday afternoon gathering - this house is over the top! Pictures do not do it justice! Crystal (host) is so on top of everything! If I could give this home 10 stars - I would!! There’s so much room inside and outside of this home - very comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with all the amenities

We had a high school basketball tournament in San Jose, and our team stayed at this house for two nights. The four bedrooms were able to hold 10 high school girls and the coaches. The carpets in the largest bedrooms have enough cushion for sleeping bags, and the beds are all comfortable. The cleanliness and amenities at this property are wonderful.

Santa Cruz has something for everyone. I have been running vacation rentals now for over 14 years and continue to I love meeting new people from all over the world and help them make their time here special and memorable.

This house is great for those who are trying to have privacy and space for their entire group but also wanting to be close to all the fun things Santa Cruz has to offer. This house is located in Soquel which is centrally located to great beaches like Capitola Beach, Rio Del Mar, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This property allows families and friends to come together and be under one roof to spending quality time together.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This 4000 square foot house is located on 1 acre lot. The back yard has an oversized cement patio space which is great for entertaining as well as over 1500 square feet of artificial lawn for the kids to play and run around, not to mention a full size horseshoe pit. The inside is just as amazing. The downstairs is an open floor plan that includes a beautiful high-end kitchen, great spaces for dining/entertaining, as well as a space for relaxing on the couch in front of the TV/media center.
