OVERVIEW: This cozy and clean efficiency is on the ground level. It comfortably sleeps four people with a king bed and queen sleep sofa. Relax on the patio with comfortable seating.
LOCATION: Ocean block! Just a few homes to the beach in North Rehoboth Beach. Park and walk!
PARKING: Garage parking for one car. A community parking permit is required.
AMENITIES: Rooftop community pool, outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, large courtyard with Koi pond, coin-operated washer, dryer, and elevator.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package to guests. The washer and dryer are operated. Pets are prohibited, and we can only accept reservations for seven nights or longer. The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event that you cancel.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very basic, if that

Location was the only thing positive. Furniture was old, uncomfortable and looks like it came from a thrift shop. Not much overhead lighting. Dirty, sand in closets where we stored our luggage. I know we're at the beach but this hadn't been cleaned in months. Stepped on something sharp and bent down to pick it up, thinking it was a stone and it was a gross yellow toenail, talk about disgusting!! Overall, never stay here!!

Great Beach Stay

You can't beat the location of this property, right off the boardwalk and just a few blocks down from Rehoboth Ave. Lots of great nearby shopping and dining. The space is really perfect for 2 guests. It is not inaccurate to say that it could be booked for 4, but it would be very cozy! It is clean, comfy, and everything you could possibly need for a great beach trip. The building's pool is very small (but who needs a pool when you are this close to the beach). Check in and out was also easy. Wifi was dependable and fast enough for me to remote work. The space (as advertised) is small and fairly minimal/no frills, but I found it to be exactly what we needed for two of us and not spending a lot of time inside because we were one block from the beach!

Great location

Awesome location and very quiet. Very secure building. No dishwasher, but very easy to hand wash dishes. Excellent communication with owner. He came over to fix a trivial issue. Would definitely stay again.

Close to boardwalk!

Perfect walk to the beach and Funland. Exactly what we were looking for and will be booking again next year!

Details

Needed to be more detailed. Description of property not accurate....no washer and dryer in condo. Then had to use elevator and walk far to the washing room... then no change machine ..needed quarters to wash. Not good. For the price it should be included. Put this detail in ad!!!Sitting on patio, I felt like I was in a box. Not relaxing. Pool was very small. Too many kids could not use it and relax. Very disappointed.
