Relaxing beach week

We had an amazing time. Location is fantastic, literal steps from some great restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. Home was clean and had plenty of space. Looking forward to future stays.

Long weekend

Excellent condo!

Wonderful second time at this lovely condo for a winter getaway with some girlfriends. The owner is attentive and welcoming and the condo itself is very clean and so comfortable. It is close to good restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo and we have already decided this will be an annual stay for us in Rehoboth

Excellent Couples Getaway

We had 2 couples for our week getaway. The location is excellent and the condo is exceptional. The 1/2 bath upstairs helped a lot. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. The patio was a perfect spot for our morning coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

A large spacious condo located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach!

My family and I had a great experience at Rehoboth Beach, thanks in large part to this wonderful condo. The condo is a clean and spacious duplex located right in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. There are four great restaurants right on the block, all the stores are just down stairs, and the boardwalk and ocean are two easy blocks away. Being right near everything made it much easier to manage our trip (and two small children) whenever we needed a break or wanted to grab something quickly from the condo. The condo itself is really nice. There's a small pool, two parking spots, lots of TVs, a fully-stocked kitchen, comfy couches, multiple balconies, etc. Note: you do need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, sheets, pillowcases, shampoo, etc. Excellent and fast communication w/ Marshall, the condo owner. He responded to my questions often within minutes! All in all, this is a really great option if you want a spacious spot, no hassle, and a prime location!

Pristine Condo

Absolutely pristine condo (one could probably eat off the floors) located in the perfect spot. It is a short walk to all the many attractions Rehoboth Beach has to offer. The condo felt like a home away from home: well -appointed gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for a family to relax. The proprietor, Marshall, is an excellent host and texted to make sure our stay was exceptional. Will definitely try to be repeat customers. Even my teens were impressed- not an easy feat! Thanks Marshall!

Bring your own TP!!!

We are from Colorado and flew into Philadelphia. I don’t understand the bring your own bedding, towels, dish cloths , paper towels and toilet paper! I have traveled most of the United States and out of the country too and never had to pay so much to bring our own TP. We will stay in another community that makes it easier on us!

Amazing property with a great location

Our family recently stayed a couple of nights in this wonderful condo. It is in the perfect location to walk everywhere. It is on the 3rd level and there is an elevator to use if there are mobility issues or to get your luggage in. There are also luggage carts available to get your stuff upstairs. Once inside, it was very comfortable and clean. All 3 bedrooms are downstairs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a few meals. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if in town. Marshall gives very clear instructions and is available if there are questions. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and easy, thanks to Marshall.

Pre-Holiday Getaway

This was our 3rd time staying at Marshall’s property and it didn’t disappoint. The condo is immaculately maintained. The kitchen is well appointed and the rooms are very comfortable. The location is outstanding, close to Main Street shops and restaurants, perfect for holiday shopping and celebrations. Definitely a repeat.

No surprises! Home was exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable. Building was quiet. Location was perfect for us, especially for our teens who likes being able to explore on their own. Homeowner stopped by to check smoke detector but gave plenty of notice. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous condo

The condo is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room to spread out. It is situated in an ideal location only 2 blocks from the beach and one street over from busy Rehoboth Ave. While it rained most of our stay, we still have an enjoyable time. Highly recommend this vacation home.

Polar Bear Plunge Weekend
