We love this place. This is the third year that we’ve taken our vacation to San Diego and stayed in this wonderful place in South Mission Beach. Everything is great there ,close to the beach nice and small. Just a wonderful time. We’ve already made our reservation for next year.

Amazing location right next to the beach. It was clean and well maintained. The host did respond in a timely manner when we reached out. There was no shampoo or condition or dishwashing soap to do the dishes. There also were not very many towels and one of the pillows was not good. It also would have been nice if there were any beach equipment to use.

Nice experience

Property was clean and very close to beach, parking was alittle difficult due to the fact you had to park away from the property...It was alittle small for my boyfriend and I, the Murphy bed was comfortable but very hard to get around and get in and out of bed...I think i would get something alittle bigger with an actual bedroom next time... The people that were on top of us were very loud and noisey even into the night not very courtesy knowing people were staying beneath them... Nice experience!

Quaint little place

Great location. As mentioned in previous posts.. mattress definitely needs replacing and upgrade in pillows. Would be nice to have access to beach umbrella and chairs as most travelers are there for the beach and consider electronic locking system as one set of keys isn’t practical as couples sometimes go in opposite directions and do not return at the same time. Everything one would need was available in the unit. If it’s important the mattress was either a full or MAYBE a queen if it matters. The owner was extremely personable and communication though not needed was great..please be mindful of leaving laundry in the washer and dryer as others may want to use.Would I stay again

Perfect stay for 2!

This condo was great for me and my husband! Super small but VERY clean and had everything we needed. No AC however the owner provided 2 fans which were more than enough to keep us cool. I will say: although it was perfect for us 2, it would be cramped with another person. Although the owner provided us with check in directions, we still stumbled around in the dark at 10pm for a half hour trying to find the entrance so make sure to chat with the owner beforehand and make sure you have very clear directions to find it. In addition to that, the patio for the unit above is directly on the ceiling of this unit and while it didn’t really bother us, if you are particular about loud noises you may want to check with the owner to see if anyone is renting the above units as the kids running literally shook our ceilings. Other than that, the only other suggestion I have is more lighting (the fan light was very dim as well as a dim lamp). Everything else was great! Location is AMAZING and just steps from the boardwalk. I would definitely stay again!

Great location. Perfect studio for 2. Short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurant, attractions. Only negative was the terribly uncomfortable bed.

Incredible place to stay!!!

I absolutely loved this place!!! It was super perfect!!! The location was amazing and was less than a 2 minute walk from the beach. You could even hear the ocean from there. It was quaint, comfortable and had all of the necessities for your stay! It is close to places to eat and Belmont Park. There is even Netflix provided to enjoy watching. I wish I could have stayed longer and I will definitely be back!! It was a fantastic place to stay!! It was very comfortable and relaxing!!

Perfect Location!

Nice, clean and literally steps to the beach and boardwalk!Everything is within walking distance- coffee, restaurants, stores, shopping. I didn’t need a car. Will definitely stay here again. Great place if you want to stay by the beach.

Good for the price.

The place was just like the pictures. For 1-2 people. Location was great. It's noisy from all the other people staying upstairs and around but you can't really help that. Hot showers and fluffy towels

Cute and clean little studio!

Perfect for 2 people - it was just my husband and myself. It was very clean and cozy, you could hear the waves from our front door and literally just steps to the beach. Lots to see and do within walking distance.There was an overnight parking lot about a block or so away to park our rental car - we had no issues. We had to contact our host a couple times (no fault of his - google maps sent us to the wrong alley way and then we popped a breaker). The host was VERY responsive and got us back on track within minutes both times. We hope to make this an annual visit - we loved it. Thank you!

40 year Friendiversary

The area is clean, safe, lots of very nice people and it's walking distance to the beach, restaurants, parks and shopping. The condo was very clean and well kept, pretty much everything we needed was available. Thank you for the portable heater in the closet.

Amazing location!! It was quiet but easily accessible to everything on Mission Beach. It was a bit dark in the unit but it served well for the weekend
