Great property close to most attractions! Was exactly what we needed for 4 adults. Very clean, well stocked with everything you need and comfy beds. We walked to town the first day as it was only about a 15min walk.

Lovely house in great location

Two night stay at Orchard Cottage to visit Niagara Falls en route to Toronto. Great location just a 15 minute walk to the Falls. House exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy check in and good communication. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was fantastic. We were walking distance from Niagara Falls. The distance was just right. Easy to walk to and far enough that you miss all the busyness and noise.The house was very clean and the host was great. He gave eating suggestions that turned out to be super.We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The house is very cute and was very clean. Two bedrooms upstairs: one with one bed, a larger one with two beds. Living room is cozy and comfy. The kitchen is well stocked and good for cooking. Basement bedroom has one bed and is very cute. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice cozy cottage

Place was a bit smaller than I had expected but was still great for the 4 of us that stayed 4 nights. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with host was great he got back to me very quickly. Location was nice and quiet and it’s easy to get to the falls nearby. Kitchen had all the stuff we needed to cook when we wanted too.

This house was not only adorable, it was also absolutely spotless! You really can’t beat the location either. The home owner made himself accessible for us if we needed anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location!

It was a great location for a party of 4 running the Niagara Falls 1/2 Marathon. Everything is in walking distance! The House was very clean, quiet and the owners were very accommodating. We hope to stay again next year!

Cozy & Clean

This was a nice little home we stayed in for a long weekend to visit Niagara Falls. Very clean and enough room for the 4 of us to stay and hang out. We loved the back yard as well. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood very close to everything.

Great choice for the convention centre

Four of us shared this house while attending a conference at the convention center. Lovely quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts, easy walk. Much more affordable and enjoyable than staying at any of the conference hotels

Short Stay

We stayed here for two nights. Location is great and just minutes to the falls. It is a small cottage but there was 7 of us and we got by fine. Only complaints from my party were lack of bathroom supplies like shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc and wifi was a bit spotty at times. Otherwise everything was great!

Lovely home near the falls

My husband stayed for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. We had a lovely time, the house was clean and relaxing. We loved sitting out on the back porch to eat. We were able to walk to the falls and See Sight Tours were able to pick us up right at our door for the tour because we were so close to the hotels. John was quick to answer any questions. I would recommend staying at this lovely home.

Clean Cute Cottage in Great Neighborhood

This cottage was super clean and cute and perfect for our girls' trip to Niagara Falls. Could be walkable to the Falls but we did drive. Backyard was really nice. Amazing veggie plants and beautiful flowers. Nice table and chairs on back porch. Just a note that the steps to go to the basement are narrow so not for elderly, but fine for our group. Very important was the neighborhood was very nice and safe! Will definitely stay here again!

Great property!

This house was small but exceptionally clean! This would be the perfect house for 2 couples or a couple with 2 kids! It is close to all the sights but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. The backyard is private and great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you John and Chris for your hospitality!

House is older, but clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable. No complaints . We felt it was too far to walk to attractions, so we drove and parked. Very nice stay.

Niagara Falls getaway with New Zealand family
