Nice cozy cottage

Place was a bit smaller than I had expected but was still great for the 4 of us that stayed 4 nights. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with host was great he got back to me very quickly. Location was nice and quiet and it’s easy to get to the falls nearby. Kitchen had all the stuff we needed to cook when we wanted too.

Clean Cute Cottage in Great Neighborhood

This cottage was super clean and cute and perfect for our girls' trip to Niagara Falls. Could be walkable to the Falls but we did drive. Backyard was really nice. Amazing veggie plants and beautiful flowers. Nice table and chairs on back porch. Just a note that the steps to go to the basement are narrow so not for elderly, but fine for our group. Very important was the neighborhood was very nice and safe! Will definitely stay here again!

Great property!

This house was small but exceptionally clean! This would be the perfect house for 2 couples or a couple with 2 kids! It is close to all the sights but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. The backyard is private and great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you John and Chris for your hospitality!

This house was not only adorable, it was also absolutely spotless! You really can’t beat the location either. The home owner made himself accessible for us if we needed anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice stay. Cute little older home

House is older, but clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable. No complaints . We felt it was too far to walk to attractions, so we drove and parked. Very nice stay.

Lovely home near the falls

My husband stayed for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. We had a lovely time, the house was clean and relaxing. We loved sitting out on the back porch to eat. We were able to walk to the falls and See Sight Tours were able to pick us up right at our door for the tour because we were so close to the hotels. John was quick to answer any questions. I would recommend staying at this lovely home.

Cozy & Clean

This was a nice little home we stayed in for a long weekend to visit Niagara Falls. Very clean and enough room for the 4 of us to stay and hang out. We loved the back yard as well. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood very close to everything.

Great choice for the convention centre

Four of us shared this house while attending a conference at the convention center. Lovely quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts, easy walk. Much more affordable and enjoyable than staying at any of the conference hotels

Niagara Falls getaway with New Zealand family

Great location, in a quiet neighbourhood, for visiting the Falls and area. A very comfortable house with everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. Owners very responsive to all questions pre visit. Highly recommended!

Niagara holiday rental

Lovely base for our short stay in Niagara. John was quick to respond to message and kindly supplied towels and pillows. Only downside was the bedroom created in the basement was not of the same standard as the rest of the beautiful home. We end up bringing a mattress upstairs into the living area.

walking distance to the Falls

Walking, yes, if you are young and in shape. Otherwise it is walking distance as long as you take the incline which costs $7 per person, per day. I would also have appreciated to know that the basement is not finished. There is a bedroom, but the rest is not finished. The 10 year old had to adjust because she felt it was creepy. Other than that, everything was good and the owners were very nice and helpful.

Best family vacation

The house was really nice. Walking distance to niagra falls but we drove (7 minute drive). My kids loved the house. They didn't like the room in the basement but there was enough room for them to share a room and still not feel on top of each other. Really appreciated the wifi code written down because once we crossed into Canada from the US I lost service. Overall a good home away from home. Didn't need the host during our stay but he let us know he was right next door if we needed him. Thanks again.

New Year haven

What a wonderful way to begin 2022. This little house has everything you could ever need. So clean and well stocked. We were two couples who had never shared space like this before. And because of Covid, we spent most of our time inside. We shared meals together and ordered pizza. The hosts had left a lovely bottle of sparkling wine and a thoughtful Christmas card which made us feel immediately welcome. If I had one wish, it would be for some door hooks to hang towels or clothes in the small bedroom. Otherwise, we all would highly recommend this getaway from which you can, indeed, walk to the falls. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.
