Great Beach House-Private Pool- 3 min walk to the beach, new pier & restaurants

Serendipity by the Sea is located right in the heart of Surfside Beach. PARKING IS NOT AN ISSUE. We are a short walk - 2 blocks - from the beach and the new Surfside Pier. Restaurants and nightlife is walking distance. We are right around the corner from the library, playground, basketball & tennis courts. Surfside Beach is "the family beach" - South of the Grand Strand Myrtle Beach (only 6 miles south of Myrtle Beach Airport).

We take great pride in our beach house and want families to enjoy their vacations here as much as we do. The house is very clean, in excellent condition and is furnished with all the comforts of home. It has new living room furniture, accessories, and quartz kitchen countertops. New hardwood flooring was just installed upstairs and in all the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation stay.

Rocking chairs are on the three covered balconies for peaceful relaxation. The front balconies overlook the pool and you can watch the sunrise reflecting on the ocean from the Master Balcony with your morning coffee. Our private pool with furniture make for pleasant use of the outdoor spaces.

Surfside Beach is less crowded than Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy the wide white sandy beach with lifeguards during the summer season; quiet relaxing time at the private fenced pool or the many activities the area has to offer.

Golf, shopping, water parks, miniature golf, shows & attractions are only minutes away; restaurant row in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island are only 15 minutes away and historic Charleston is 90 miles away.

In-season (June - August) we offer weekly rentals that start at 4pm on Saturday and check-out is the following Saturday no later than 10am. Off-season rentals (September - May) we offer 3-4 day minimum rentals. The contract signer must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the property during the rental period. We have an exterior camera in the Parking Area for security purposes.

Pets are not allowed. An additional fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
