Inte ens palmer kommer skymmer de smaragdgröna vatten och socker vit sand från vår lägenhet balkonger. Komplexet är perfekt för par och familjer. Vår lägenhet har en "nyckelfärdig" inträde. Njut av gratis wifi och säsongsbetonad strandtjänst som består av två stolar och ett paraply under din vistelse hos oss.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, TV, DVD-spelare och ett rymligt badrum komplett med en avkopplande badkar, separat dusch. Njut av spektakulär utsikt över Mexikanska golfen från sovrummet privata balkong. Det andra sovrummet har två fulla sängar och har även ett privat badrum och balkong.

Vårt vardagsrum är smakfullt inrett. Luta dig tillbaka i komfort på soffan och kärlek sits medan du tittar på våra 47 platt-TV. Steg ut på den rymliga balkongen och du bara kan se delfiner leker i närheten av stranden. Köket är fullt utrustad med alla bekvämligheter i ett hem. Vackra omgivningar tillsammans med smaragd vatten och mjuka, vita sandstränder göra för en semester du önskar aldrig skulle ta slut!

Will stay here again and again!

This had everything that was listed in the description! The view was stunning from the balcony! We were so glad that the hot tub was fixed during the middle of our stay (we were notified prior that is down for maintenance) communication with owner was very efficient and reliable. In terms of cookingware and appliances the kitchen had everything we needed. My boys found the 2 queen beds to be very comfortable. It's a very well maintained,.quiet and beautiful property. It's right across the street and loved that the price included beach chair and umbrella rental. If there's one thing I'd change, is replace the the king size mattress. It was ok, but found myself opting for the very comfortable couch in the living room a couple of times during the middle of the night. Besides that, my family and i had such an amazing experience there and will absolutely pick this property again when I'm back in Destin!

In the heart of Miramar 🏖️

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious, comfortable and well appointed condo. Each room had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of the beach and the pool. The private access to Miramar beach with reserved umbrellas and chairs was great. This is an excellent location close to many restaurants and stores some in walking distance. Would love staying here again.

Great host and tremendous experience

Our great vacation started with an exceptional rental and confirmation process. The owner of this property was prompt to respond to all inquiries I had and made the rental experience seamless. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful, the facilities clean and location was private yet close to lots of amenities. We will be back!

Family Vacation

This was our second time staying in this unit. Everything was as described. The views were awesome and the pool was very nice. The communication with the owner before. during, and after our stay was very helpful. The unit was close to many restaurants and activities. We hope to return in the future.

Gail was super helpful!

We booked this place last minute thanks to the hurricane down in Southern Florida, and let me tell you, the host was an absolute rockstar! She was on it, super responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to get settled in fast—even with the last-minute rush. The unit? Totally stocked, even had beach chairs ready for us to hit the sand! The only thing that could’ve made our stay even better? If the Mediterranea heated the pool for fall break! That would’ve been the cherry on top. But hey, that’s on the building, not this fabulous unit itself!

Wonderful Long Weekend

We had to book last minute as our other property was undergoing emergency repairs. Gail was super patient and helpful we adjusted our plans. She communicated clearly and quickly from the start and even made sure we got to the unit without any issues. She even went above and beyond to let us in early.

First Visit

This was our first visit to the Destin area and we loved everything about it. I made the trip with my husband and 2 teenage children. I couldn’t have picked a better location than this condo. The view was amazing and the condo met or exceeded our every expectation! We loved the pool area and the free daily beach service! Owner was very kind and answered all of my questions as well as helped us with information on the local restaurants. We drove around the entire Destin, Miramar Beach and Fort Walton area and didn’t see anywhere we would have rather stayed! We will definitely be booking this exact condo again in the future!

Great location and beautiful view of the ocean

My family had a wonderful time on this trip. We loved that we could walk across to Pompano Joe's to have a delicious meal. Parasailing and banana boat riding is also located at this beach. There was not paddle board rental with on an easy walking distance so you might want to have that arranged ( delivered or pick up in vehicle) if it is on you to do list. The water was perfect!!!! Gail, thank you for a great place to stay. My Family enjoyed the board games a books that you stocked in condo.

We spent many wonderful vacations with family & friends in the Destin/Miramar Beach area before we decided to purchased our condo. We love the outstanding views of the sandy beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We are Gail and Chris Iacovelli from Naperville, Illinois and are an owner-managed property.

Mediterranea is gorgeous and well maintained. This is the complex everyone stops to admire. Our location is excellent as Mediterranea is directly across the street from the beach. We are close to Silver Sands Factory Outlet mall, Destin Commons, many fine restaurants and golf courses are just minutes away. You can walk to Pompano Joe's restaurant for a quick bite to eat!
