Mediterrania är en spännande, exklusiv lyxig villa på stranden med fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfens smaragdgröna vatten. Den Mediterrania är verkligen "särskilda" och har vackra välskötta trädgårdar, en stor pool, fontän spa, en gemenskap klubbhus, gym, tennisbana, garage, och ett lusthus som leder till stranden.

Vår enhet är en icke-rökare enhet, åtta, har fått betyget "platina" sover, och är inrett i en vacker, avslappnad elegans, vackert designad av Norwalk Möbler.

Enheten levereras med listen hela, klinkergolv (utom sovrum), formgivare fönster behandlingar, vackra sängkläder, duschdraperier och kuddar, och underbara konstverk. Det stora vardagsrummet är centrerad kring en elegant men bekväm sectional, med vackra accent möbler.

Det stora sovrummet är mycket elegant med ett rymligt mästare bad som inkluderar en Jacuzzi, separat dusch, dubbla handfat och en inbyggd makeup dresser. Den andra stora sovrummet har två full-size sängar och också kommer med eget badrum. Den sectional kommer att konvertera till en queen size-säng, och det finns en halv bad för dina gäster.

Enheten levereras komplett med allt du behöver, inklusive tre TV-apparater, tre DVD-skivor, gratis hög hastighet trådlöst internet, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och ett fullt utrustat kök med mikrovågsugn.

Du kan äta eller koppla av på uteplatsen och njuta av utsikten eller titta på dina barn i den gigantiska storlek pool, som ligger precis framför enheten, eller så kan du gå igenom Mediterrania Gazebo till smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska . Vi erbjuder nu gratis strandservice (två stolar och ett paraply) från början av mars till 31 Oktober.

Den Mediterrania är mycket speciell och är utformad med lyx i åtanke. Det är nära till underbara restauranger, shopping, nära Pompano Joes, och bara några minuter från utlopp köpcentret och Destin Commons.

Everything was perfect!

First of all the host, Donna is very responsive. She is quick to answer any questions and easy to book with. The unit was super clean and recently renovated. Everything was just as described. I would 100% recommend this unit to anyone. Being on the first floor was convenient to the pool and beach. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Home away from home

We’ve been coming to the area for over a decade and this was our first stay at the Mediterranea. This condo was phenomenal! The decor was impeccable and the location was fantastic. Cannot wait to come back next year.

Beautiful complex and location

The property and location couldn’t be better… The unit was very nice and updated… The shower off of the primary bedroom is quite small and some of the towels were over used and dingy in color. (Perhaps it’s best to bring your own)…Although a few of the furniture pieces were a little tired, I would give the overall experience four stars.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at the condo for a week! It was very nice and very clean! We specifically wanted a condo on the first floor bc our kiddo is 4. The condos location was in the perfect spot with easy access to the pool and the parking lot (great for unpacking and packing the car). Would highly recommend this condo. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Great property, very clean, loved it all

Everything was great. Very clean, close to the pool, lots of room, everything we needed was in the room. Could have used a couple more towels but we just washed and shared or used our beach towels after showers. Bath tub was nice to soak in after day out in the sun. Did talk to a lot of others who stayed and found out many paid a lot less for their condos that were the same size. Not sure if it was because of the VRBO fees added or this specific one was just priced higher. The pool was bath tub temp, still enjoyable but not quite as refreshing. The hot tub was nice to sit around and hangout. Easy access to the beach. Will be looking to stay at property again because it’s our favorite now. Oh and beach chair service was great to have, can bring extra chairs and umbrellas and put behind which we did

Perfect Winter Getaway

Definitely want to return. Property was better than pictures and description. Easy access since it was ground floor. Location had a great view from outdoor space. Parking is convenient. We loved it!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was beautiful and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The property is well maintained and even though we did not get a chance to use the pool it looked very nice as well. My only suggestion would be for both the entrance and exit gate to be closed for safety and security. You need to use the code to enter the gate meanwhile the exit is completely open so it defeats the purpose of a gated community. Overall a great stay :)

Amazing View!

I can honestly say everything was perfect! That is why this is my second time staying here. The condo was beautiful. The pool is right outside the room. Don’t worry, there is a gate to enter the pool area. Beach access is right across the street. I will stay here again.

Great Condo & Property!

Donna was awesome to rent from...she was very responsive and helpful giving us info about the area. The condo was spotless and in a great location...we just opened the sliding patio door and the nice pool was right there. We were concerned that it would be loud at night, but the whole complex was very calm, lots of young families, no crazy parties or noise at all. Very nice place!

Really nice condo on the Emerald Coast

Was a great stay at this 1st floor condo right across the street from the beach. Steps from the pool and hot tub, and beach is literally across the street, where we had an umbrella and 2 beach chairs set out for us all week (came with the condo). Everything inside was remodeled and new, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much Donna!

Favorite vacation place.

So much going for this Condo. Attentive owner, who will assist you and readily answer any questions. Condo itself as stated is updated, (as shown in pictures). Great location, steps away from pool and beach. (Beach service provided). Short walk to Pompano Joes. Not mentioned is steaming ability on a large smart TV. Will definitely return.

My husband and I purchased this condo in July 2003. I have been managing this condo since 2009, and we are very fortunate to have many repeat guests! I have a great cleaning contractor and a great maintenance person. We added stainless appliances and granite counters to the kitchen and repainted the whole condo in designer colors. We just added gorgeous bar lights and chair and shadow boxing molding in the spacious dining area. We now live in Destin! We are both retired! We have one daughter and 3 grandchildren! I love the beach and pool. Our condo has wi fi. We enjoy the workout room.....and most important, we just love to walk across the street to Pompano Joe's!
