This spacious three-bedroom 2.5-bathroom Sunriver getaway is loaded with mountain retreat charm, a private hot tub, and amenities that will appeal to the whole family. Enjoy 8 passes to the SHARC, a state-of-the-art water facility with pools, hot tubs, waterslides, and even a lazy river! The home is centrally located, just blocks from the SHARC and a 10-minute walk to the Sunriver Village.

Come for the all-season adventures and stay for the amenities and activities offered in the Sunriver community! Less than 2 miles from golf courses, hiking trails, horse stables, and marina this home is central to it all. Take the provided bikes out for a ride, paddle board in the Deschutes River, splash around the SHARC Water Park, and in the winter a close proximity (20-minute drive) to Mt. Bachelor for skiing and snowboarding. After a full day of adventure, head home for a dip in the hot tub underneath the stars.

From here, you're also only 15 minutes from Bend if you want to experience the brew pubs, Old Mill District, shopping, or additional outdoor experiences.

4th of July getaway

The beds were comfortable, house well stocked with appliances. Was great to be able to bring the pets and get away from fireworks. House/back deck is on a busy road. Outdoor pictures online are deceiving and old. There is new construction going in very close to property, so lot is not nearly as big/separated as shown.

Dog friendly and fantastic location!

Two families with kids and doggos from Seattle and Port Townsend had a great week staying in this house! The decor is up to date, the beds are comfy, the bikes in the garage worked well, everything was convenient and easy. We loved the SHARC passes and used them almost every day.

Clean, spacious, great location, 5-star service!

Home was perfect! Very comfortable, clean and well cared for. It’s a pet friendly home but you could never tell. It’s extremely clean. We will definitely book this home again next year. Only issue we had was the internet didn’t work on the first night. We reached out to the vrbo host, she immediately responded with minutes. She contact the service provider and found out that the area was down. Within a few hours internet was back up with fast reliable internet. The host was amazing, followed up with us to make sure all was good. 5-star service for this homes vrbo host.

Perfect house and location

Loved this house and can't wait to come again! It's the perfect location for a walk to the SHARC or village. Would definitely stay here again! Clean and very well kept!
