Comfortable house; nice neighborhood

The house was large and conveniently located near UC Davis & Sacramento. There were some good breakfast places nearby - country waffles & Rafaels & Morgans on Main Street was also good.

Very large home in nice neighborhood

We were attending a wedding in Woodland so we did not spend a lot of time in the house, but it fulfilled our needs for the weekend.

Home great for family gathering

Very clean and quiet home. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the 5 freeway. Our family was 4 couples so 4 queen beds and 3 full bathrooms was perfect. Host very nice and quickly responds to questions. We'll definitely stay here again.

Woodland VRBO

We stayed for a week. Location, size of the bedrooms, bathrooms were very good. However the carpet in the bedrooms was dirty. Dead bugs on every window sill. Spiders everywhere, the house needs to be treated for bugs. Kitchen- only half of a paper roll available for use, very limited availability of pots and pans. No electric mixer, bowls or baking sheet. Making breakfast for 6 adults was challenging. Patio - very disappointed that there was no grill available for cooking. The patio hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Large spider webs around the patio door, patio table and chairs very dirty. Bathrooms - no Kleenex, only one soap dispenser bottle for a double vanity. The house was large enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably and we liked the quiet and safe neighborhood.

Group vacation

The house was clean and comfortable for 8 adults. An issue with a shower curtain was fixed the next day. It fit all of our needs for the group. The kitchen was well set up with new appliances and most items we needed. Would could have used a few more wine glasses, we had 5 and a smaller mixing bowl. We would stay again.

Quiet Home & Very Spacious

Can't say enough about how great this house was. Large, clean, quiet and very updated. Had more than enough room to spread out and work. Will definitely say here again when working in the area.

Family gathering for funeral

Everything is good, however, the property should have more cookware and big bowls of all kinds. The reason we rent a house versus a hotel is so that we can cook, and when you as the property owner does not have those equipment ready to use, it does not serve the purpose of renting a house.

Dear Thongnhi, thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We apologize that we didn't have enough cookware and big bowls during your stay. We will surely add plenty more of them to our kitchen right away. As we constantly strive to improve our guests' experience, please don't hesitate to let us know next time if you need anything so we can respond to your request promptly (we reached out to you to check if everything was satisfactory but unfortunately did not hear anything from you). We usually answer our guests' messages within 15 minutes and address any requests within a few hours. Sincerely, Giang.
