Welcome to our beachy retreat. Greet the morning with a warm cup of coffee and relax on our outdoor patio while taking in the breathtaking lake view. This clean and cozy space has 3 bedrooms (one with a king bed!), a movie nook, office space and three parking spaces free. We also have a We are located 4.9 miles from Wrightsville beach and 9.1 miles from Downtown Wilmington.

Overall it met our needs and was a great place to stay. We did need more toilet paper as there was only one roll per bathroom. And the back door lock doesn’t work. I would also say that unless we couldn’t figure out how to make it work, the futon beds were actually just couches and not like a sofa bed so my 18 yr old wasn’t very comfortable. If I could suggest stocking some beach towels and gear I think guests would love that! But we brought out own from home and made it work. But overall it was a quiet and pleasant stay to retreat back to after our adventures in town.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time residing here. The decor was amazing and the location has a settling presence. There was a picture perfect view of the lake. The owner had so many amenities. There were a few issues. 1. It has 2 1/2 bathroom not 3. One full bathroom upstairs and one full and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. 2. The ROKU box was loose luckily someone figure it out to make the TV work. 3. The AC would stop working at the end of our stay which required us to leave early. 4. The projector stop working at the end of our stay. 5. There was not a frying pan. We just bought one Would we stay again.. absolutely!!!

Great beach vacation!

We had a small group stay here for a visit to Wilmington. The location was great, house was very clean, and the host was super helpful and communicative.

Great family vacation home!

Can tell this rental has had lots of use, as it's starting to show slight signs of wear, such as scuff marks on walls and some small stains on carpeting. However, the home is very clean and comfortable. My kids loved the pool table and we enjoyed watching a movie on the giant tv in the living room. Great place for some relaxing family time!

Short drive to the beach

Nice location, close to everything. Host was quick to respond to issues. Pool table needs some TLC and we bought and left two pool sticks we bought from Walmart. Also we are a family that likes to cook so more cooking supplies would be nice. We also bought and left an ice cream scoop....every beach house should have one :) Otherwise, we were happy with the rental and our week!

Comfortable stay in beautiful townhouse- will be back

We had a very comfortable stay at this townhouse with lake view. It is very well laid out and beautifully decorated with adequate amenities and all the house rules and policies clearly laid out. The house is fairly close to the beach (3-4 miles) and we would recommend Access point 4 at the beach which has showers and adequate parking. The host Valerie was polite, professional, accommodative and very responsive. We had a great 2 night stay and will definitely be back later this year.

Would definitely rent again!

The property was just what we needed for a weekend get away to the beach. I would highly recommend this property. It is well maintained and the property manager/owner was very responsive. We have a 2 year old and the only thing I would recommend is that you bring a portable baby gate for the stairs. Other than that it was perfect. Will definitely rent again.

Kids Getaway

The property was very nice. Although there was projection screen upstairs, we were disappointed there was not TV in the bedroom as it appeared in advertisement for the upstairs bedroom. Host did respond promptly when I reached out because we couldn't get any of the tv's to work. It was a problem with the batteries for the remotes. I was disappointed with the linen in master bedroom it had bleach splatters all over the sheets. Most of the washcloth's upstairs were stained and very thin. Dishes in the kitchen area were not kid friendly (all glass). Hand towels and regular washcloths were placed in the kitchen for usage instead of kitchen towel and dish cloth. However, the place itself was very clean and the area felt safe.

Road Trip 22

This property is centrally located near shops, a short drive to the beech. The property is in good condition and the beds are comfortable. It is a end unit so there is lots of light. The host was very attentive and checked in upon arrival and provided anything that was needed, and a little extra. The fire pit needs some TLC. The driveway is a bit odd and please heed the warning about the hydrant.

Very nice home

The size and location was the property’s drawing card for me. I would of appreciated bed side lamps. The upstairs bathroom shower faucet was installed upside down making a warm shower impossible . Both concerns are addressable . However, a fire hydrant’s location made accessing the driveway difficult.

Mom birthday trip

It was great needed a little dusting in the ceiling corners. Wash machine wasn't working. Inside of trash can was dirty but overall a great stay. Loved the house and the location. Had almost everything we needed.

Perfect for family reunion

This lovely townhome was perfect for out-of-state family members to stay while visiting family living near Wilmington. The home was clean and comfortable, and just a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go!

Everything that you need in the house was there. Great for short or longer trip. If you don't need to be right by the ocean which I didn't mind to drive but you are close to shopping and restaurants.

Spacious

We had a great weekend staying here with friends. The house had plenty of room for all of us. It’s at the end of the culdesac so parking wasn’t an issue. No issue checking in. Easy code on the door. It was about 15-18 minutes to Wrightsville beach.
